Yes, some of the people who work on the island do stay in those dormatories you pointed out. They stay there year round (while they're on contract) to maintain the island. They are augmented by some of the ship's crew from each MSC ship when they dock for the day. And each ship off loads some of the food and other provisions for the day. Another great video!

Thank you. I do love CoCoCay! I really like the private island concept where you don’t really have to pay extra for food or drinks, and you don’t have to buy an excursion, but still get that excursion feel.
