This is one of my top 10 Human League tracks. I heard from an interview this song was dedicated to the fans. Human League were smart to go on the road with all there songs! They have a huge song list even though they don't release albums very often. I think this song & Electric Shock are the best songs from "Credo" with the possible addition of "Sky". I think there later singles are better than the ones in most of the 80's after Don't you want me.
So nice when a band can sound this good after decades of making music.

Never Let Me Go is on BBC Radio 2's 'A List' playlist for next week.
This is an excellent Human League track- I suggest the album version. The beat is very hypnotic - and very different from past Human League singles. This is a like a dance/techno/pop mix- sounds very modern and not from a bad that has been around 30+ yrs. I also suggest the live version on you tube- its totally different where you just hear the basic instruments and heavy beats.

I've only heard a few of HL's older tracks, checked out Credo because it was produced by my favorite band. Honestly, while I can get people not being into the super modified vocals, Credo's become one of my favorite albums in part because of them. I feel like the heavy modern autotune combines with the classic synthesizers flawlessly. They hardly had an organic sound before, it really only enhances the artificial groove of it.
Definitely one of their best clips! Credo is an amazing album too.

Amazing music always... The Human League are the absolute Electro, absolute class. I love the Lovecraftian overtones of the visuals (intentional?). Amazing to see perform live as well, I never dance so much in my damn life as when at a Mighty League show.

SUBTLE auto-tune: the lyrics/vocals/etc. are astounding: for the fact that this is their FIRST album in OVER ten years, this HAS to be applauded - I actually believe this is better than 'DARE'(as I listen to this a LOT every day).....

@sheamie4 Exactly! It's used creatively here. Most people don't know what they are talking about with auto-tune. The parts that sound "auto-tuned" are done that way on purpose.
