Maybe u know this already but the epic shards from enchanting from wotlk can be broken for dust and essences, currently they are 6 g a gold in my server each shard is 20g and can give up to 10 dusts back
That vendor does sell the sugar for the daily, all the cooking supplies vendors in sw do. They're limited stock but respawn pretty fast
You only need to have cooking at lvl 1 to get that cooking daily. I have some alts at level 70 that are able to do it.
