What is the point of the Amber color? Looks? Btw thank you for your videos. Its making my purchase on which light to get from Rigid very difficult. I want to try one of each.

G'day Nick, Amber would be used in many different settings. fog, snow, red dirt (outback Australia) , dusk you will find the amber offers a vast difference to the natural white light we are all used too.

Does the 28" have a top cut-off on the amber portion so as to not blind oncoming drivers?

Both colours are used separately, you do not use together.
