Good morning sir, Rich here. I talked to you on here about your cam and carbon fiber badge delete in the rear a few months ago. My wife has the 10’ SS M6 in white with inferno orange from Maryland. Welp, it took weeks to get all the parts in but everything has arrived and picked up all gaskets, oil, coolant ect..... for the cam swap next Monday. Picked to the GPI s4 nfc hardened core, btr 660 springs, titanium retainer, GM racing’s copo LS lifters everything. Wife and I are so excited. We did also have the shop do a before Dyno 3 weeks ago for a base line. Car has be on HP Tuners since the street tune with the long tubes, cat delete, x pipe and torque Mgmt turned off. Was dyno’d on the “heart Breaker” Mustang Dyno ☹️. I’ll let you know how it turns out. I’d like to throw work my friends way in western Maryland once it’s all buttoned up next week.
Hi there I do remember you! I’m glad you guys went with the GPI SS4 cam! You guys are going to love the difference!!! Mustang Dyno reads less for sure. I remember putting mine before cam and and then like a week later I took it to a Dynojet it was I think 20whp difference between both dynos. Just make sure you hit a good calibration and enjoy the car!!! You can do what I did a take it later on to a different Dyno. Keep me update with your build! Hello there, is a simple setup for now, Vararam intake, 1 7/8 off-road long tube headers, stage 4 GPI SS4 cam with supporting mods (dual titanium springs,pushrods) Everything else still factory. Back then was straight pipes using the stock piping but now I got a 3” exhaust. Let me know if you have another questions. You can also reach out to me through IG: Kenny_2ss

Sure man,why not! I can’t find the cam sheet but here are the specs I wrote down a while ago. GPI SS4 NFC cam Int/exc duration 236/254 Int/exc valve lift .646/.637 LSA 112.5 ICL +3.5
Also the other things done to this car are very simple, Vararam intake,1 7/8 long tube headers, no cats no resonators no mufflers only xpipe street tuned 93octane currently pushing 482/441 on a very conservative tune.

gen 5 has 4 cams in it?
No just 1 cam. This is an ls platform and they still use the old school 1 cam style

@@great4ever845 no sir from gen 1 to gen 6 they all have 1 cam. We still keeping the old school style engine platform.
