I grew up on Mexican food. Mariscos (Mexican Seafood) is my favorite type of food. The only bad thing it’s soooo hard to find a spot that does it right maybe 1 out of 20 places actually doing it right. I’ve been all up and down the beaches in Mexico and have only found a few places in Vegas And in Cali that do it the right way. Kind of like when Sushi got popular only a few places do it right. So don’t give up if your first place ain’t right.

Do some Persian food next , farage kabob on Pico blvd near La Cienega. Get the beef koobideh with rice and soumak, and get the Ashereshteh, (persian noodle soup)

I can’t believe he didn’t give you shrimp cocktail! It’s much different than shrimp cocktail you may be used to. It’s not six pieces of shrimp over ice with cocktail sauce in the middle. It’s a huge glass of shrimp with tomatoes, onions, and other ingredients in lime juice! It’s awesome.

That's the best looking ceviche I've seen outside of Mexico. I can't stand when restaurants pre-cook the seafood before putting it in the salsa, and this one looks done properly. EDIT: The shrimp did look pre-cooked. Usually it doesn't turn orange if you're just using the acid of the sauce to cook it. Still looks really good though.
I hope this guys of toxicos sea food, have the success that they deserve. Amazing, and for people who doesn´t know about mexican sea food, octopus is surely much better than shrimp, or other specialties.
