- Welcome back. While in Biloxi MS, I filmed the Fay for you. Its an 1170 sq ft single wide, by Bravo. It is part of Regional Home Builders.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the “Fay” offers 1,170 square feet of great living space. This floor plan home is unique, and offers a pass-thru view from the Kitchen to the living room. Cabinets above the washer and dryer
It's cute . The flooring really blends well with the kitchen counters . The breakfast bar is a nice touch . The dining area is cute but i would turn that into a office work space . I like the master bath but the duel sinks are to much for that small counter, a single sink would be enough. Thanks for sharing this with us. Stay safe out there. 😊
VERY easy to have more drawers with drawers over doors style cabinets. Remove the eat at counter and replace with solid wall and more upper cabinets keep the plugs and make a solid wall at end of the kitchen counter/cabinets on the other side and boom, you just increased the functionality of the living room and increased the kitchen storage as well, designer's truly need to start doing this.
This single wide is beautiful to me. It suits my needs and living style.I d like lighter rabbits a natural wood look in flooring.
This is a cool house, love the floorplan and colors! I really like the kitchen, dining room and laundry configuration. Typically I don't care for brown tones, but those cabinets and countertops are beautiful! I wouldn't change a thing on this house except having carpeted bedrooms. Thanks for the tour Nate!

I like this house, kitchen is great. That sliding glass door limits furniture size for that wall. If you eliminate elevated sitting it add only sm amount of space.

Could use more things like a coat closet and linen closet or cabinets but if this home had the exact changes I mentioned along with complete sheet Rock then I would consider this home and I bet the home would be even more favorably received.
Nate, you tell the designers n carpenters that all that wouldn need be done is to simply remove that bar top. Leave that 2 x4 wall as is. If fact, that low wall needs to be there so the stuff won't fall right off the kitchen sink counter right onto the livin rm floor. In fact, a person can order themselves that house model made w thelow wall butno counter put on it at all. Real simple. What say ye?

I once rented an apartment that was said to have one and a half bedrooms bc the one bedroom was only about 7 feet wide. Using that thinking this would then be a 2 and a half bedroom. Just saying. The kitchen is great except for the lack of drawers. The primary bedroom is ok, but could we get rid of the tub and get more closet space? Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊😊

I like the shiplap and beams and cabinet colors. But the outside has 0 curb appeal. And with so many doublewides available in my area for just a few thousand more, there are very few singles I would consider.
