I wish they had more homes that weren't open concept. I like a little bit of a divider in between the kitchen and living room.
House was nice but A bathroom needed a window and the water. Closet in the main bedroom needed a window. Don’t like dark areas. Everything else was ok. Thank you for showing us. Take care! God bless you and your family!😊

Love the kitchen and how the bar area diagonally wraps around the kitchen flows on with the counter top. Love the family room. The whole entire floor plan❤

Really nice home, just wish the kitchen counter area separating the kitchen from living room was solid wall and more upper cabinets on the kitchen side and more wall space in living room. The Buffet area should truly have drawers over doors because that is the dining area and you could have your flatware in the drawer and plates in the cabinet and set your table right ftom that whole area. Make the fireplace a traditional style fireplace gas log or wood burner and put a regular door on the water heater access.. and definitely Sheetrock the whole place otherwise looks cheap!

This home has some potential . The kitchen is nice and big . The flooring in this one is also nice . The master bed and bathroom is nice . I would definitely have to change out the cabinets though out this home to a different color and style . Thanks for sharing this with us. Stay safe 😊.

Really nice home. I'd probably get rid of the island in the kitchen.Theres plenty of counter space. Bathrooms are nice. Like a half bath. I'd like the chair rail. Price isn't bad. Thanks for the tour!

I do wish that the utility room was a little closer to the kitchen. Overall, this is a really nice one.

Are those wall panels paintable? If a petson wanted laminate counters instead of marble or quartz, how much $$ would they save?
I believe these were laminate counters. The walls are paint-able
