The Holiday Special 2022! Driver 2 GBA Playthrough! (Part 1)

Well there, now I can say I've played every thing Driver 2 related that's been officially related. I talk about it in the video but I never actually knew this existed until a couple years ago where I saw a video about it. The idea came up during the year since I figured I might as well give it a shot, see what the speedrunner can pull of with this version. And boy was I in for a world of surprises. Safe to say the arbitrary difficulty spikes sure got translated well for this version!

This game was part of my childhood! I enjoyed it a lot, but I remember its colors were more natural. If your emulator allows it, you can change from "Real Colors" to "Gameboy Colors", so you can avoid that kind of radioactive looking grass XD and also get more realistic car colors.

Ah that's possible, when I booted it I didn't really tinker with the settings much, was just happy that it worked period! I just assumed it was always like this since I never experienced the real version before

Something I wanted to play through for a while ever since I learned it existed, figured I'd used the holiday special as an excuse to go for it!
