Well, eight months ago, there wasn't really a game like this, only a demo, but it does have now. It's called Sonic.exe Nightmare Beginning. It's actually pretty creative story-wise and even gives itself a normal gameplay. There are like 8-9 endings in them, all of them depends on how you played the game. You can save the characters if you're smart enough to fool Sonic.exe. The game doesn't have jumpscares, it tries to make itself creepy gameplay wise (the only expectation is when Robotnik runs out of lives and Sonic.exe gets him). Sonic.exe even have a custom name here (I just don't want to spoil it here) and deep demonic voice which was made by the creator itself. Even though it's made in Gamemaker, the creator put in it alot of efforts. The game is even gonna get sequels, one is in progression which already has a proper demo. If you're interested I can send a link to the game, because I think it's worth a try.
