- In this video, I INSTALLED A 034MOTORSPORT SNUB MOUNT on my 2004 B6 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro 6 Speed Manual! It was a pretty simple replacement and is definitely doable at home! This video could possibly be used as a GUIDE/DIY/HOW TO/TUTORIAL to help you INSTALL A SNUB MOUNT on a 2002-2008 Audi B6 and B7 A4/S4/RS4 and even possibly a 1997-04 C5 A6/Allroad! Thanks @fcpeuro & @034motorsport for the part!

Great video bro, such a massive help! Literally just ordered me a power flex one of these (I’m in the U.K.) because of this video, had seen mine was looking sorry for itself but had no idea what it entailed to change it, no I do! Thank you!
I finished work today and got home, ready to fit my spacers…. They don’t fit flush to the hub 🤦🏻 £130 pound so not exactly cheap haha so sending those back and looking at some H&R spacers, front 12mm and rears 15mm, fingers crossed these fit flush 🙄
Thanks and I'm glad it could be of help to you.
Dang haha hopefully these next spacers are the right ones haha
Fingers crossed bro 🤞🏼 The joys of modding cars haha
I'm de 1k subscriber! Cheers man!!

Please help, I have a 2005 A4 3.0 V6. The front snub mount is EXACTLY like the A6 but less room to work with. I've seen the videos of replacing snub on A6, easy. But on my A4 it's LESS ROOM IN-BETWEEN AND COULDN'T REMOVE UNLESS MAYBE REMOVING A PULLEY??? Any info please. Thanks
For the B6 with the larger displacement engines, V6 & V8, you'll have to put your car in the "service position" to be able to replace the snub mount.
Did you install the mount backwards? I placed the front flat part of the mount facing forward. Let me know ur thoughts. Thanks
Honestly, I'm not sure. I didn't see anything about which way is the correct way haha.
hello i have an audi a4 b6 1.9tdi
to the rear passenger makes noise to block the ear
can this snub holder be the problem kit
Hi, not quite sure what problem you're having from your description but I think the best thing you should do is inspect your snub mount if you think it's failing.
Bro I got the same car and same noise or clunck. I’ve change all the control arm bushing etc… new motor mounts all. And it doesn’t go away. I saw in another video you have race land coil overs & I do as well and before mounting them the car never did the noise with factory struts that’s with old motor mounts and control arms and bushings. So my theory is that the raceland coil overs are the corporate🤔. My car was slammed just like yours I raised it just a bit and the noise is less still there but lest. That’s what made believe it might be that 🤷🏽♂️. I’m just guessing!!!
Hmmmmmm good thought. I thought the coilovers were good cause I bought new bushings too. Let me know how it goes if you were able to get rid of it completely 👍
@@cjscarcollection18 Coils are good as far as ride and all. But I’ve done some research and read that they tend to make noise 🤷🏽♂️. But I’ll let you know if I’m hable to get rid of it.
check your front subframe bolts. Make sure they r nice and tight too. replace bolts if needed.
How is it holding on?
I actually sold the car back in September and before selling it I put the OEM one back in and sold the 034 one. When I took it out, it still looked new like it was barely used. It was in the car for about 6 months. Definitely recommend the snub mount upgrade.
Thanks man ! your videos been really helpful for people like my self that are just starting to work on cars hope you doing good👍🏽
