Thank you for your kind words! Since Sauv Blanc is a pretty delicate and simple wine, I'd recommend that you try some blends with it for complexity and a spike of interest! For example, some Bordeaux Sauv Blanc blends with Muscadelle and Semillon when it is often oak-aged will be way less boring than an average SB in my opinion.
