I need more ground clearance. Altroz , hyundai I 20 doesn't offer it. Nexon diesel is more expensive. Below 11 with more ground clearance with features I have option of punch, fronx ,exter. Want to go with fronx but head touch issue on back seat and less features in 10 lakh. Exter front bumper is touching on bad roads. That's why can go only with Punch. The greatest irony is that throughout the whole video, Punch has aggressively advertised itself to be a capable mountain car but many won't believe that it has NO any HILL HOLD ASSIST even in the Top model costing Rs. 10 lakhs above whereas its competition like Exter, Magnite and Kiger offer this basic feature even at their lower variants. What an irony!!! Is this a deal breaker? Definitely, at least for me spending most of my driving time at lofty NE Himalayas and Traffic stuck at 20 degree slope. Had it not for it, I would easily have gone for Punch Dazzle SR even at the cost of less refined engine, less features and no any rear ac vents even at top variant just for its rugged body and high seating position. Now, to accomodate a car in a budget of 9 to 12 lakhs, Exter SX(O) and Venue S(O) Turbo is the only options left. Tata should start sorting out feature priorities.
These things are all gimmicks. We used to go to Badrinath in our old Fiat. All you need are good brakes and steering. Get whatever engine you have tuned by the mechanic before you go. That's it. People like you will probably not go to the highway without ADAS.
@@kunalsen2123 Gimmicks? In that case, everything is gimmick. Never said we can't use handbrakes and all but it eases a lot of efforts, that too more effectively. Moreover, many in this 8-10 lakhs are first time buyer and driver, so you expect them to instantly acquire the delicate skill of using handbrakes? Acc to Tata Fanboys like you, Auto foldable ORVMs are Gimmicks, we can always fold them manually. Cruise Control are Gimmicks, we can always put our feet at accelerator paddle manually. DCTs and AMTs are Gimmicks as we can always use clutch and gears manually. Reverse Parking cam and sensors are Gimmicks as a skilled driver can always use rear view mirror to park. Steering mounted media control are Gimmicks as we can always control media from the infotainment display itself. Tyre pressure monitoring is a gimmick as we can always check them manually using a manual device. Push start and request sensors are Gimmicks as we can use physical key to start and unlock. The infinite list goes on. So, if all these things are Gimmicks, should we go for an preowned 15 year old base model with bare basic feature? Hill hold assist is not only a convenience feature but a must have safely feature. What's really Gimmicks are - auto Headlamps when all it takes is to reach out to a knob just 10 cm away from you to turn the knob on when it's started to getting dark. What's gimmick is auto rain sensing wipers, when we can simply turn a knob when splashes start getting in the windscreen. And so on.

I have punch bs6 ph2 cng, drive quality is excellent as compared to exter, cng mileage in city 22 kmpl and on highways goes beyond 30 kmpl. I regularly drive on highways (majority of distance) feels like driving suv, maintaining speed between 70 to 90 km. Con : vibrates during reverse movement, to not vibrate have to take support of clutch. Wants to know from other car lovers having daily travel of avg. 50 kms which car offers such features in price range of 8 lakhs?
As a previous owner of first generation Tata Tiago 2016 model and now a one month old Altroz Bs6 phase i have enough experience to give my views. First this revotron engine is changed so much and its in its best avatar now I can pick the car in 2nd gear with AC in traffic which reduces the gear shifting a lot. One issue with this engine is its has to run 3000km before its starts performing at its best. I drove at 90-95 kmph with AC and i got 20kmpl tank to tank on highway. On return journey i drove at 110 -120 and i got 17kmpl tank to tank. I will try driving at 80-90 and test it.
दिस this is the best car highly recommended. I have had driven al most every foreign car out side india for the past 26 years. This car can beat all those expensive cars in every respect. On road price is 14.lac 30k. Smooth and fun to drive. Range 421 km 35KW. You can expect 360 km range 31 unit required for full charge Cost ₹6.75 per unit x 31. Round about 230 ₹. This if you are charging at home. Public charging. Per unit 12-20 ₹ still you need to spend less than 500₹ to top up in the middle of your travel.
Forget to add - the A, B C pedals are placed very close to each other and there is no provision of dead pedal. I experienced while test drive, the shoe is obstructed while lifting foot from accelerator pedal to brake and stop or slow down the vehicle. This is a major safety concern.
I recently bought Tata Punch Accomplished and I am really satisfied with it's looks and performance. There's one thing that irritates me is that whenever I start the car the radio starts by itself. Which is quiet annoying. Is there any way to disable the auto startup of radio.
Govt advertising offline and online to drive safe but hats off to this guy who is saying that my triple digit speed. Bro have you purchased two time life term policy for your family?
Hi Auto Critic I love your informative videos, seems like you can talk about engines. No famous Indian Reviewers talk about the heart of the cars, they just talk of looks and features. If one searches for videos about reliability, longevity, maintenance, tyre sizes etc. one would not find any. I would really appreciate if you could make videos on rating SUVs/Hatches/sedans budget wise from one to ten on such criterias that really matter like foreign channels do. Happy Dussehra babe
You have got it all wrong man, now I seriously doubt whether you have driven Punch or not, it has adequate power for hilly road and at the same time engine has also become very refined in bs phase 2
Being 6 ft in height and new learner ,looking car with proper rear seat space , decent mileage, good safety with good ground clearence, automatic varient would be beneficial.... I am getting confused in brezza lxi petrol, brezza lxi cng, venue s(o), fronx delta plus AMT, i20 facelift sportz ivt.... Annual running 12000 to 15000 and budget is 10 lakh to 11 lakh.. please suggest better option as per my requirement.
The Brezza would be the best pick of the lot. I am 6'4" and am able to fit into the Brezza's rear seats much better than most of the options mentioned. Ingress and egress too is much better sorted for my height owing to the higher overall ride height. i20 too has a good rear bench with good leg space. Haven't experienced the Fronx yet so cannot comment but the Baleno doesn't disappoint in the rear bench either. Do try out all of them with your family members to see which one suits the most.
I have seen a lot of reviews on Tata Punch. This is the best overall review as far as honesty is concerned. Autocratic has done justice to his channel's name. Perfect critic.
Punch looks suvish whereas exter is a hatchback and rear space of punch is fabulous ,3adults can sit comfortably at back of punch wheras in exter only 2 adults can comfortably sit at back.I have xuv300 ,punch is having space just like the xuv 300 I had checked exter and punch yesterday in showrooms then I am telling
Tata Punch 5 star rating (but 2 air bags) Vs Exter not rated yet (but 6 airbags). According to Hyundai new GNCAP rating, 6 air bags are compulsory now, so punch actually doesn't have 5 star ratings, if tested today. Which one is safe?
Airbags can't define cars safety ......the impact absorbing body , build quality are major factors in defining cars safety rating......Hyundai was also claiming tha Creta will get 5 star in gncap but at the end it gets only 3 star ......so in build quality Hyundai is no where to tata .....but I accept tha engine and smoothness will be offered by Hyundai ......
Your advice is better than many well known youtube presenters... Thank you for this video.. You helped me make a decision

And so on.
Relax brother.. Mr. Kunal is a subscriber of Ask car guru... what do you expect of him..
@@abhijitmondal8593 Mr. Khare is a big advocate of ADAS. I find that a gimmick too. I'm old-school.
Sir ji Venue turbo 1.0 , Tata Nexon & Kia Sonet which car should be buy as per Safety, mileage, reliability & after sales service ,Delhi NCR
Yes I am driving this car for a year. It has power issues. Even feel power issues in city also
में दो दशक से मारुती की कार चला रहा था... अब पंच चला रहा हूँ हाईवे पर 24 का एवरेज़ दिया... Citi में 15 का है.... पर में 60-80 km के स्पीड पर ही चलता हूँ
I’m looking like this review from long long time’s, I saw many many reviews but your review points make me complete, now I know I should buy or no. Thank you so much for your details review 👍❤️
Punch or Aura kaunai acchi hai?
Perfect review of value for money car Tata Punch ❤
Yes. U r right. This car really needs turbo power.
Hill hold assist hai in the AMT?
As a previous owner of first generation Tata Tiago 2016 model and now a one month old Altroz Bs6 phase i have enough experience to give my views.
First this revotron engine is changed so much and its in its best avatar now
I can pick the car in 2nd gear with AC in traffic which reduces the gear shifting a lot.
Punch vs Altroz...which one is better?
@@homar8049 For the most comfortable premium hatch it would be Altroz, but using the car carefree on bad roads it will be Punch.
Should I buy TATA ADV RHYTM AMT?
In short ,tata has still to undergo learning curve as far as automobile engineering is concerned
Punch Cng or Punch Petrol which one is better????
Book Tata cars right now.
Tata cars are meant to save our lives.
I love TATA punch 🇮🇳
I have tata punch very good micro suv
Why i dont feel vibrations on my car i have 2 tiago and punch. I never get vibrations
I wanted to upgrade maruti 800 Dx ,I am senior citizens use will be city driving once or twice in year I may use highway 🛣 🤔
दिस this is the best car highly recommended. I have had driven al most every foreign car out side india for the past 26 years. This car can beat all those expensive cars in every respect. On road price is 14.lac 30k. Smooth and fun to drive. Range 421 km 35KW. You can expect 360 km range
31 unit required for full charge
Cost ₹6.75 per unit x 31.
Is there any way to disable the auto startup of radio.
yes its very annoying, dont know how to turn off
This happens in all cars now
Yes same case in my Sony stereo, just source off .
Mainly mai... 1 point match krta hu....
❤❤Safety with indian brand support❤❤
Mai first car le rha hu....tata punch lena thik hoga kya?
Thank you for the review bhai. How's Tiago on highways? Same underpowered as Punch?
And sir. How in offroad?
Bro abhi new honda cb 300r agayi ha iska price bhi reduced ha 2.40 lakh ex showroom comparison karo honda highness vs honda cb 300r
Bro good review..
Have u driven and compared to Hyundai exter
I have seen altroz speeding to 150, 160. Why you say that Punch cannot reach such high speeds.
I'm satisfied with Punch except Mileage on CNG and gearbox always makes noise when shifting
Tata Punch EV is a different creature. A proper drivers car
Ye video shoot manebhanjan se sandakhfu k road pe hua hai??? If yes then everybody should go for tata punch...🎉🎉
Thanku Million times Bhaiya...
Good morning, I wish to buy Honda city V Cvt. Do you recommend this car.
No. Go for EV you will
Love it
Kya ye gadi cng me lena better option hai ?
I really appreciate your in depth observation and expertise.
Autocritic bhai, do these issues persist in bs6 phase 2 as well, i mean atleast engine related issues..
Brother the engine is better but still not the best. Lag is still felt at triple digit speeds
@@autocritic thank u for the info bhai 😊
Govt advertising offline and online to drive safe but hats off to this guy who is saying that my triple digit speed. Bro have you purchased two time life term policy for your family?
Really, lag at triple digit speed is what to be a norm to be under control. No highway has speed limit >100kmphh
Hi Auto Critic
I love your informative videos, seems like you can talk about engines.
Sir , it wd be kind enough & grateful to you Sir if you present a video specifying pros and cons of Maruti Brezza vxi (latest version)
Thank you 🙏
You have got it all wrong man, now I seriously doubt whether you have driven Punch or not, it has adequate power for hilly road and at the same time engine has also become very refined in bs phase 2
@desiborat thank you for feedback
I'm 6'2 , new learner but I ended by getting into tata punch considering the safety is my priority
@@ramachandrans2051 how is your experience?

Thank you very nice sir may purchase this car
Hi. Can u suggest me car around 7 lacs. Max run in a month is 100-150 kms. Occasionally highway run. 90 % city n 10 % highway run. Thanks
Hyundai Santro
I have seen a lot of reviews on Tata Punch. This is the best overall review as far as honesty is concerned. Autocratic has done justice to his channel's name. Perfect critic.
Thank you sir
I am very proud about tata car
Same person suggested Punch, altroz and amaze for highway drive.
Punch looks suvish whereas exter is a hatchback and rear space of punch is fabulous ,3adults can sit comfortably at back of punch wheras in exter only 2 adults can comfortably sit at back.I have xuv300 ,punch is having space just like the xuv 300 I had checked exter and punch yesterday in showrooms then I am telling
what mileage you are getting from xuv300??
@@Risheei 6-7 in cities and 10-11 on highways .very disappointed from mileage and vibration
@@mayadevi6446 sir, you own punch also??
@@Risheei no but my neighbour owns it
Surprise surprise - Still Tata Punch is a hot seller
Bro if the road is good I can maintain 100 araam se so I don’t agree but yes ur right about pick up
Tata Punch doesn't need a Turbo Charger....It needs a 4 cylinder 1.2 litre engine.
@@Uchiha_Itachi459 due to huge weight is it possible , so about mileage when comes to 4 cylinder
@@humanboy7324 agreed but you can give other options with engine like wagon r does
Best review ever❤❤❤❤ my next this will be
Customer even complains that tata get rusting in 1 year, is that true ?
Nicely explained each point
Thanks bhai
What about AC?
