Well done reiza i have always had faith in yous guys a couple of years ago i tried ams and really liked it but knew that there was room for improvement. I seen all the hard work that yous were doing and that is enough for me to back yous. The progression is amazing to see and I love to see people enjoying the sim now. I`m leally falling in love with Automobilista 2!!! With this update I`ve changed now from Codemaster to AMS2! Its a phantastic SIM and there is everything inside, which I had wished for myself over the years. Thanks a lot for this great SIM Automobilista 2 and for the great work of all the famous Modders there!!!!!!
Best game ever. Been pouring thousands of hours into it in VR. Quest 3 lookin great! If I could request one thing, it's get rid of the shimmering on some parts and some pop ins
That is an awesome offline development. Good work. I hope there is a career mode/rewards/achievements rich experience to get the most out of it in the future, besides Championships. It would be better for replayable experiences in Single player mode without besides to isolated races.
I hope you pay attention to iracing new rain system and how the spray works , lessens with low speed and increase with speed. Also comes from the tyres and the undercarriage.

I'd like to be able to pause a race and set the pit strategy from there. So stinking hard to do that with the rotary dials while driving. And why can we not get a forecast?
Looks and sounds great. I just wish you guys would make MP better. It's so clunky and not conducive to consecutive races or any long sessions at all. Everybody leaves after one race because it's so unclear what is going to happen next. It's a shame because it's one of the best-looking sims out there and the physics are fantastic.
Reiza is pushing hard. I was an Assetto Corsa player 800h in,but Ams is the reason i bought a steering wheel. Everything you need,lot of cars and free content is endless. After 300h still not tryed even half of them. Psyhics,feedback,handling feels great.
Few questions. 1. There will be any change to see the actual F1 cars eith official wheels? This game in VR isba masterpiece. The only one game that has an amazing graphic without asking the hell of specs. Drive official F1 cars would be an amazing experience. 2. Is there any date of release for Le Mans pack?
Does this version of the game include the A.I. Improvements? If so I was watching the leaderboard. The AI still don’t overtake each other. There were no overtakes by them at all. Shame.
This car (Sennas 1993 McLaren F1) had paddle shifters. 1991 was the last year a F1 car used a manual h-pattern shifter to win the championship. Ever since 1991 all F1 cars used paddleshifters to win the championship. McLaren F1 used paddleshifters since 1992. Williams used paddleshifters since 1991. Ferrari since 1989 used paddleshifters. Bennetton switched very late in 1993. As for the midfield or backmarker teams, Tyrell switched to paddles in 1991. Brabham switched to paddles in 1991. Ligier switched to paddles in 1991. Jordan switched to paddle shifters in 1992. Lola switched in 1992. Lotus switched in 1992.
It will come, the modders are already working on it. Every F1 class & car in the game already has a skinpack mod with all the proper liveries, driver names, helmets & suits. (except a couple of them do not have the real suits, and 1 or 2 don't have the correct helmet paintjobs - they just use the default helmets.)
can you do a little tweak, set the radar without to force to enable the virtual rear mirror, like in assetto corsa or acc, that way improve performance and realism
@Reiza, amazing work. Not interested by new content, especially the new historical track pack ( only few changes on tracks we already have). Historical Long Beach, Historical Laguna Seca offer real changes. AMS2 needs news street circuits like Surfers Paradise, Detroit, Toronto or Singapore.
What happened at 19:59? That doesn't seem to be safe. Pitcrew on the track. Also you see a few glitches here and there (like how the suspension is shaking when changing tires). Also it seems that the track was still wet and the AI was catching up with slicks to fast and with too great difference. But great that you keep working on it continuously. But still a very long way to go.
nice update, but I have one comment. The steering wheel on the mp4/8 is not like the original steering wheel. The top of the steering wheel is not that beveled at all, but rounded. If you could, you could still try to redo it, because it looks terrible. Also the steering wheel on the mp4/4 is weak, the rim is very thin. I know it's details, but I keep looking at the steering wheel and it bothers me a lot. thank you

@@sgsfabiano Yeah, i miss the support to the 'old ' rFactor2 Log Analyzer. In AMS1 after each race i would analyze the log file, and check many things, IA wear included
Hello I'm Taha from Türkiye. I really want to buy your game but it's too much overpriced here. As you know recently Valve has changed its payment method in Türkiye. So before the change this game was 60 TL (which is 2 dollars). But after the change it is now 1200 TL (which is 40 dollars). 20 times increase is abnormal. This makes a lot harder to buy games for us gamers who live in Türkiye. Please adjust your price. Thanks you!
I just noticed youtube is sabotajing this game's success by marking the channel as "content for kids"... on a racing sim game. Please get that sorted out!
Ai behavior is still weird....in every lap on this race the AI was to slow in the same corners and on the straights too much fast in comparison with the player... AMS2 it's all about content and not playable.....MP is still not working right and Single player with this strange AI behavior is so predictable....and as a player you know on which sector or corners you can overtake the AI easy

This video show us the new build and when you want to look and see than you can notice that the AI is on every Lap (and it was 16 lap's) in the corner "bico de pato" so slow even in the rain and on the straight up the hill the AI came out like have drs, nitro, kers or whatever....this is what i see and i play AMS2 in Singel player (because MP is broke and to much crash kids around there) and on every track the AI has the same behavior....the steps on every update are so small and we don't have to hype this so big....it is what it is and we have to enjoy what they (Reiza) give us.....

Well at least that's an official example of how broken the AI is in AMS2. Those cars on slicks on a drying track were 15 seconds quicker a lap, yet still unable to efficiently overtake. "Letting this guy go before he runs over me" is a disrespectful slight of hand to your users. There is so much to enjoy in the game, but the AI, the absolute stilted, eventless, mundane races they produce, is still miles and miles and miles away.

Reiza dont have more resources for the low users playing the sim, and all effort put in problems minors, when the people only wish one sistem for rank simil iracing... Reiza are focus in problems minors and dont put the eye in the wish to all users. These wish is desarrollate one sistem for play mp and all racers recieve the price for you effort and security in race. Now the range up to pro for only finish the race wtffff. the people here wait much for one sistem adecuate for play mp, and other games in beta then one, see Forza motosport, the machmaking are buged yes , allmost have.. here dont have anithing my engliish succk
still seems a long way off Assetto in terms of physics, driving feel and also sound.. but finally 'starting' to get there with latest updates. when first released this game didnt feel like a Sim at all, but is getting there... still a long way to go.

Agreed. Shadows even at the highest quality in VR are jittering and jagged edges. Some track-side assets have strange visual issues in VR

I like everything about ams2 other than the actual driving... The first one feels much better, but that's a Madness Engine issue sadly
External camera views of the cars still doesn't look natural to me. I can't put my finger on it as to why though.

Those cars had TC,ABS and active suspension, probably some of the "easiest" cars to drive in F1 history.
Hm, were you actually losing pace with the tyres? The lap you pitted in for the first time you were almost 0.800s faster than your fastest lap...
That was a lap without any traffic
