I'm a villa fan!!! Luton hold your heads up you may of lacked a bit of quality but you never lacked heart i wish you all the best.
Fair point. Maybe a few words of support for the blues of Birmingham will be nice as well.

I think they just lacked strength in depth.....
Evident by how their form slipped when injuries mounted
The gap between premier league teams and championship teams is only getting bigger.
not really dumbass
They were saying that 15 years ago. Then Leciester won the Premier league, Brentford, Nottingham, Wolves, Brighton, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace are all regulars now when they use to be mostly Championship.
Good and so it should
@@kaasamalikhan6804No it shouldn’t! Another clueless fan only looking out for themselves 🙄🤦♂️
@@kaasamalikhan6804it makes the league boring the more that gap grows
Keep him as manager come back up, if you go down and your fans are that happy you know hes done a good job. Massive financial difference between them and the rest.
West ham fan here, luton were absolutely crazy this season Grabbing points against Liverpool is shocking and I have nothing but respect for luton. They deserve to stay up and I wish you guys the best in the Championship ❤
How do they deserve to stay up?
How can they deserve to stay up? You stay up on merit not bloody being ballsy and proud fans… give over man

They've got the experience at the top flight as well as carrying most top teams to the edge of their seats.
While it can be a heartbreak going back down a season after coming up, they can still make a good chance to bounce back in a couple of seasons.
PL money will go a long way to help out if put into good use.
Hope Luton can play they new stadium in Championship
After this season I love Luton
ive always had respect for luton hope they come straight back up
Evertonian here. Hope you come straight back up and well done Rob and your team, fans and staff.
What a fantastic manager you are David and I hope we don’t regret the decision we made.
You will. West Ham fans forget that they're just West Ham.

Had really been hoping the best for Luton ever since Arsenal played them first leg, you gave us one of the most intense games of the season and showed such character and I really wanted you guys to stay up. I have no doubt that you'll be back. Very likeable manager and club.
Rob Edwards, you have a big future. Be nice to see your type of football played by west ham
Relegation football? No thanks.
Rob has done an amazing job. He can hold his head up high. The players showed great heart to remain competitive and the fans have come from disaster 10 years ago and know this season has been a success and secures the future of a much loved club and Town.
I'm sure, Luton will be back to the top flight due to the experience they've gained. Wish them luck
There’s no shame in relegation from the Prem. The odds are stacked against you from the first game, the best league in the world in terms of quality players across the league. Keep fighting boys you’ll be back stronger 💪🏻
Luton exceeded expectations. People didn't give them a chance and everyone expected them to break Derby's record of 11 points
Rob Edwards is the most handsome manager in PL
Gutted for Edwards and Luton, a group of fighters who just unfortunately didn't have the quality to survive. Can still hold their heads up high, best wishes for them next season from a Palace Fan 👍
Not a Luton fan but watched from Australia every game. Luton have always pushed teams and played football for the fans. Hope you come back up!
Teams above you deserve the relegation more
Gutted for my hometown club 😢 💔.. hopefully they can bounce straight back up!
Moyes hasn't had a fair go since leaving Everton. He took a relegation-looking Hammers and won them a trophy. Well done that man. And Luton? Will Ipswich or Leicester do any better next season? Well done too.
well luton i have fond memories of you from the 70/80s your be back up
I loved Luton, I wanted them to stay up and Forest go down. You guys are an entertaining team. Hope to see you guys in the PL again
Why should forest go down still one of the only teams in uk to win European Cup without paying for it like city and Chelsea
@@jimmycricket8880 and this is the reason why I want them down. Cos of sassy and arrogant people and comment like this one. Also forgot to mention that forest got 4 points deducted for a reason. The hypocrisy in this comment is absurd
@@Okafor1000 every club has those types of fans. And luton had a chance after forests 4 point deduction but they couldnt do it

I’m a Claret and watched football for 55 years. There is no level playing field and the gap is incredible. Best wishes to Luton and Sheff United. See you boys next season and we all go again UTC
What do you mean by level playing field? The top teams will need to have players of the same quality as Luton? Or what?
There's a reason you have Championship.... It's a different level.
So stay in your level
@@wisdomnzube4121 you obviously know nothing about football
@@Bibg867 you that know a lot about football..
Please stay at your level in the Championship... Thank you.
@@wisdomnzube4121 we’ll be back pal 😜👍
@@Bibg867 when you come back, make sure you get to the EPL level, and stop complaining about level playing field.
I've seen a lot worse teams to be honest! and Luton never ever gave up, but at the end of the day when you have conceded 81 goals it only means relegation.
It's a shame Luton got relegated. They usually lost games at a one goal difference and they put up a fight.
Gap is huge but can be done Bournemouth did it Brentford etc etc. Luton be back up and build on best of luck to them. Lacked quality but not heart.
The premier league tried their damn hardest to send Everton down with two of the clubs in the bottom three. I’m not a supporter of Everton but im glad they were able to scrape through the tough situation. I know it’s the rules and all that but you can’t have those same rules for the smaller clubs when others don’t even abide by them.
Everton are going to be screwed next season without the takeover though it's all but assured they're going down next season.
@@dennisgoatimer1079 maybe… and they have a season to play but they never went down by harsh unfair treatment. If they go down next season then so be it but you have to have fair play rules across the board.
@@01bigtrev Their punishment wasn't harsh now Luton's point deduction that relegated them to the National League was harsh not this
@@dennisgoatimer1079 I’m not talking about Luton’s point deduction I’m talking about other premier league clubs who have questionable accounting that have gone on years but Everton and other lower clubs get hit. If you’re going to enforce the rules then clubs that spend over a billion collectively on players need to be held to the same rules.
@@01bigtrev Yea I get that City and Chelsea should be properly punished but that doesn't make it a harsh or unfair punishment.
2 top 6s and a sami final in the europa league and cup not bad
It sounds like he’s preparing to leave..?
Hopefully he stays at Luton, because add a bit more quality to that squad and it’ll be Premier League ready.
Bloody hope not, he said he’d stay as long as we’d have him
Let’s see how West Ham get on without Moyes
That's only their 4th win of the year. It can only get better.
You may think it can only get better but before Moyes, West Ham were a bottom half team.
@@thanos7753We were a bottom half team with Moyes, as well.
Whatever happens three top clubs are not going to be competing in the championship next season, which does make bouncing straight back more of a reality, Lutons players loved the premiership and will want more of it, if Ross Barkley stays it sends a huge message to the rest of the squad, and if they exert the same amount of effort to get back to the top flight as they did to stay in it, who knows what might happen, its a funny old game.
I doubt he would he elevated his status to a potential option for Euros with his contract up I expect him getting a move to another Premier League club
Luton officially gone
The goal difference between them and forest 12 😢
Not officially gone the final day would do that unless something made happens.
this will be the end of West Ham egos got too big didnt realise what they had in Moyes, will probably sink like stones again now.
Forever condemning themselves to mediocrity, still can't get my head around where the entitlement comes from
Come back soon, Luton 😘😊🥲
Why isn't Rob Edwards a candidate for the West Ham job?
Young, hungry, would see West Ham as a massive opportunity (unlike Lopetegui), he also plays attacking football AND kept Luton in the fight to stay up until the 37th games, despite only spending like £2m
Nah last day its not over yet
They spent closer to 20 million.
There has been times where Luton have bottle it. Two I can think about is the loss to Bournemouth where they was 3-0 up and lost 4-3 another was the 3-3 draw to Newcastle.
@beanhole123 wow, you sound like a lot of fun, picking on only the negatives! 🫵🤦♂️
If you look for negatives, you can find it in EVERY manager.
Pep bottled the Champions League Final 2021 by dropping Rodri.
Pep thought buying Bravo was a good idea.
Klopp bottled 2 Champions League finals against Real Madrid.
Tuchel and Poch failed to win a 1 team league with Bayern and PSG.
See. Easy. 👍
West Ham don’t deserve David, be careful what you wish for.
You never know when all The crowd is applauding you if there is in a thankful manner or of it is they are happy to get rid of you. Simple as that.
There try ❤
They aren't relagated
Forest Green's revenge 😂
how is it revenge. Luton and rob Edwards are in a good place. where is forest green.
Watch the teams coming up struggle Ipswich are a poor side the best of a very bad bunch
They really ain't and they will be better adapted to the Premier League as they don't have one style of football so they can't be found out over the course of the season.
Why not give Carrick a chance instead of Lopetegui?
Young, hungry, plays attacking football, knows the club, and would see West Ham as a step up, and not doing them a favour by being there (like Lopetegui)
Millwall are bigger than you lot. 😅
😂😂😂😂😂 bye bye
Moyes shouldn’t have put himself in this position.
His stubbornness backed him into a corner, he could’ve assessed what was being said and brought some change.
But took the arrogant view that he knew best, supporters know nothing and undone all his good work.
Shame about that
Well he does know better then the fans their team is built for Moyes ball. West Ham will forever be a team in mediocrity
Luton are already relegated
Might want to look up what the word impending means lad
@@MrBaronCabronlmaooo
Well except the fact they aren't. They certainly may as well be but the mathematically can stay up still. Hence why you can't say they are relegated, just overwhelmingly likely. But if they win and notts forest get absolutely battered they can stay up

Luton fans. You came, you saw… you got battered every week, you chanted about hillsbrough and child poverty, you had Tommy Robinson in your away ends, you amassed an embarrassing points tally and got nowhere near safety even with direct rivals getting big points deductions. You absolutely stink 👍🏻
They really don't they showed fight and were really close in a good amount of matches they will be great next season
@@dennisgoatimer1079 Nope. Points deductions have manufactured a relegation battle, when they should have been down weeks ago. They’ve folded like a pack of cards time and time again, 1 win in 16 in a relegation fight… 26 points… awful.
@@MikeK01 They were so close in many games with a bit more luck they would've survived you clearly don't know anything about football. You're probably just letting your hatred of Tommy shine through.
@@dennisgoatimer1079 Footballs a low scoring game so most games are “close”. The reality is they’ve won 1 in 16 at the business end of the season, earned 26 points which gets you nowhere near safety in any season, thrown away lead after lead after lead, which simple folk may interpret as “showing fight” but in reality shows quite the opposite. Absolutely shite and won’t be back 👍🏻
