Welcome to trail running! I find it so much more enjoyable than road running. No traffic, great sights, walking, more snacks, kinder on the joints. A warning though - marathon + trail running often = ultra marathon 😁😁
Finding your instagram has honestly revolutionised my relationship with running and allowed me to get so much more joy out of it so thank you! I absolutely adore the idea of trail running and am going to have to go research places local to me I can give it a go 😄

That trail looked wonderful! I did London last week and it was my first ever marathon! I think I have been utterly spoilt with the amazing atmosphere that I think no other marathon will live up to that!
Ahhh well done completing London!
Thought that looked like Falmouth! Was there to study about ten years ago the most beautiful place I’ve ever been lucky enough to live! 💚

It was fab! Some people at the front shot off, especially on the way back but then the run coach stayed back with me. I didn’t feel like I was keeping people back or anything. It felt really inclusive x

How about trying a 'run to the'.. I did run to the sea Bournemouth and it was superb, I believe they do other ones up country.. Ultraviolet is the company x
trail running is where its at.. I run a lot of roads, just based on time constraints.., but if have time to get to the trail, or I am looking for an event to run, I choose trail 80-95% of the time
I am planning to do a half marathon trail running event. It will be sand running, road, pathway, trail and ups steep mountain. I have started training hills and will start sand and trail this week. 😊 can’t wait
