Great list! Growing up I was always told to "never question God" and this resulted in me having a very superficial connection with God out of obligation instead of a real relationship with Him. It wasn't until I shared my questions with God that I finally became closer to Him. God is not afraid of any of our questions, and He also already knows we have them, so I think it's really healthy to share our questions with Him and remind ourselves that our understanding is limited but God is working things out for our good.
Anna! I was telling my husband this morning about finding your channel, and I found myself tearing up about what a beautiful Christian wife you are. And what a role model you are to me. I do not personally know any Christian women (I come from a “drink and be merry for tomorrow we die” type of family/social group). So thank you for your content, and being a sister in Christ! God bless you and your family.
Thank you so much. I honestly cannot take any credit for anything as it is all Christ that lives in me. But PRAISE that He found me even remotely worthy to use as a vessel to help you! I'm so glad you are here!
My Dear, only 2 scriptures to support your thoughts!! Some of what you say is true but I think you are still confused, the new age copy’s what God is doing, keep searching for all God has for you, beware of coming back under the law I pray Blessings for you
@@Phil-gc1zt Have you watched any of my other scripture filled content? I would love for you to elaborate on your concerns. The sanctification process is ongoing and I will forever be open to correction 😊
I think you and your husband got it figured out pretty good anna. My husband and have dove deep into these topics in the past year. UA-cam videos almost everynight..kundalini warning is a really good one if you haven't seen it.
@@AnnaDysett Hi Anna I have not listened to your other pod casts. i was concerned at your sweeping statements that seemed more about church practice than bible doctrine. Romans 14 v 4 says "who are you to judge an other mans servant, to his own master he stands or falls. v 19 says " follow the things that make for peace, and that builds others up. in fact the whole chapter is use full for helping us to be more understanding of others who do things differently. please we should not be criticising other believers, especially in public, our battle is not against people! the enemy of our souls loves to see Christians fighting each other, lets make sure we are on the LORDS side. Personally i enjoy watching GG Bible they always leave me encouraged and with more faith. I pray Gods Blessings for you as you grow in grace and the knowledge of Jesus Christ. phil
Another one to watch out for in the faith healing movement is the "well if you had enough faith you would be healed." I have 2 special needs sons and fell for that one for years. Its often tied to that "seed offering" lie you mentioned. Paul (and the Scriptures) doesnt seem to ascribe to that....he asked God for healing and was told Gods grace was sufficient for him. It is good for us to ask for healing, to pray for one anothers healing, but there are times God had a greater purpose for us than immediate healing. Its not kind or Biblical to tell someone in the midst of a trial that they would be delivered if they just believed harder.
Yes although I believe our faith can make us whole not as in being committed type of faith but as in believing and trusting in God type of faith because that's what it truly means but also I know God's not going to heal you every time you want it even if you have faith. But that's okay he has a purpose and we have to simply try to trust and have faith even when he doesn't move.
Can you do a video on distractions? I’m talking about in motherhood. I am a mom in my 20’s and I have so many other mom friends making themselves so very busy with things outside the home with new business ventures, constantly in new activities for their kids, and daily outing’s to get treats or go play. It is so hard as a momma who is trying to stay home and save money to have this going on all around me and I feel like they are so busy to even have time for God. Would love if you could talk on this to help me stay grounded!
Interesting questions raised by your comment. A mother in her 20s in an age which applies a lot of pressure to women and men (especially women), I find this wonderful. If I may, much as I don't like New Age thoughts and orgs, they are right about one thing: we must be grounded. In our case, Scripture. That's our ground. I know many, many women who are hyper busy with family and personal projects, and yet THEY FIND THE TIME to stay grounded. Being busy may not inevitably mean not having time for God. Curiously, having a lot of free time often leads people to find excuses to not follow Jesus. Bless you and your young family.
I also was in the Church’s of Christ denomination. When I believed God and got born again in 1982, I was on fire for God and after about a month as a new believer, the Baptist church I was attending rejected me. So I started going to the church of Christ that the young couple was attending that had started praying for me to be saved. Went there (churches of Christ) for about 5 years before God led me out of it (borderline cult imho). I thank God for my 5 years in the CoC denomination as it got me deep into Gods Word. Great list of deceptive doctrines of men that do NOT have the power of God. ❤❤❤
This here is so much wisdom and people who hear you can save themselves a lot of disappointment. I got sucked into a a church with a huge emphasis on deliverance and it had me paranoid about demons. God redirected me and taught me the power of spiritual self discipline. ❤
I agree. It makes me sad that someone would think they are not saved if they are not speaking in tongues. This is one that has actually been on my heart a lot lately and I’ve been praying and studying about. It’s seems like there is a lot to unpack on this subject.
Yes, most individuals don’t understand when/where/how to use speaking in tongues properly/humbly/edify/with sincerity. Majority of individuals are doing it out of the ego > (edging God out!) If tongues are ever spoken openly/publicly they need to immediately be interpreted > 1 Corinthians 14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence. The real deal and the ultimate tongue is the word of God > Psalm 138:2 For Thou hast magnified Thy word above all Thy name. People need to hear the word of God! If you ever get guilt cornered by someone or a Pentecostal asking if you’re truly baptized in the holy fire of tongues, you can tell them yes I am, the ultimate tongue, the word of God! 🌟🕊️
Well the Bible says it's the evidence of the holy Ghost but you can also have stammering lips. For years I had stammering lips but my tongues have eventually come in. But I only wait on God to speak through me.
@@savannahjones299 Yes speaking to yourself in private in tongues that’s different. But publicly it needs to be done in a sincere way and needs to be interpreted immediately if being done publicly. And one also needs to examine themselves through Christ to sure it’s being done righteously and not egoistically. Most of the time when tongues are being spoken publicly it’s being done out of the ego and not in a righteous manner.
Tongues are real languages, as seen in Acts. A good study will show that all so need to explain it. But what I will always tell people on this subject is to check out 1 Corinthians 13;8, spoiler, they cease to exist today for they where part of a testimony against Israel and to help spread the word quickly.
You made some good points. Let’s also keep in mind that the fruits of the spirit are love, joy, and peace, and since these are feelings and come from our hearts, we should learn when we should trust our hearts 🌞
Evil copies everything that God can do. That’s why you saw stuff like that in the new age etc… not everyone is real though. A lot of wisdom is needed to discern what’s truth and what’s fake. “But if anyone among you is in need of wisdom, let him petition God, who gives abundantly to all without reproach, and it shall be given to him.” James 1:5
Hi, Anna! I'm new to your channel! It's so funny because when I turned this on I was waiting....waiting.....like "Oh, I know she's going to say something about Catholics." Thats just what I'm used to by now😂😂😂 And then it came to the end and I realized that we hold a lot of the same beliefs. I just watched your latest video as well. Even when it comes to cofessing your sins to others. Its a good thing. If where you are now doesn't work out for some reason I would welcome you to visit a Catholic Christian service! We see all of these things you listed as false teachings as well! I grew up in the prosperity/word of faith church. I call it a cult. It destroyed me spiritually for over 20 years of my life. I had crippling anxiety because of it. I loved this video and pray that God still reveals His truth to you! Take care!
While I don’t always see eye to eye with Catholics- I absolutely believe there is a deep love for Jesus there and would never say they don’t know the Lord and are not saved. Actually, I believe someone can even get saved in a false church like I mentioned (Praise God) - it’s just harder to dig your way out to the truth. But the beautiful thing is that God reveals himself to those who love Him and want to obey him. Also makes me think of Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. ♥️
Oh my God!!!! 😮 You hit the nail on the head. I stay away from these. Churches like the plague. 4:02 Another church I avoid is the ones that resemble a rock concert. I just got rid of my rock cds, I had over five thousand dollars worth of them, so the last thing I need is a church with Highway To Hell playing instead of Old Rugged Cross. 🤦♀️
@@KN_buildsThank you for saying something! So many Christian’s say this all too often like it’s just part of their daily vocabulary and this is clearly one of the 10 commandments!
Well said! Its taken years and years for me to see these things. You have put this out concisely and with much love. Well done. Thank you ❤ may we be faithful to Jesus and the teaching found in His Word. I was reading Proverbs 2 and 3 this morning, very encouraging, also a strong exhortation to be in the Word, hearing and obeying what He has said. 😊
There's a lie that I recently realized I had believed for decades as a Christian and it closely ties into some of the new-age tendencies and subtle mysticism which you mentioned. It's this idea that we somehow have to "determine" of "find" God's PERFECT will for our lives, by looking for signs, inner peace, "downloading knowledge" etc. Now, we absolutely have God's moral will (what is right and wrong) which is laid out in the Bible, and I do believe he guides us in life, shuts certain doors, and has things prepared in advance which he wants us to do. But God OFTEN gives us choices, and we are to pray, and get Godly counsel, and then move forward in a decision. We often want a neon sign from heaven, or a vision which tells us the ONE PERFECT DECISION, but God gives us choices sometime. I know people paralyzed because they can't "find God's will". I'm like, you have your Bible--that's God's main way of communicating His will. The great thing is you can glorify God in many ways and he will give you wisdom as you seek him.
I recently went to mass for the first time in about 20 years (and of my own will). I was raised Roman Catholic and am used to more traditional churches. I went with a friend to a nondenominational church and … I dunno, it was nice with lots of music and younger people and families and such but it felt like half the mass was music and only one sermon with communion happening where you took the bread back to your chair and I dunno, it was strange to say the least. Also, there were cultural references I didn’t really appreciate (maybe I’m too sensitive). It was a good start but I’m actually looking at orthodox now because I really want something traditional and true to the teachings. There’s so much out there in the way of false teaching and prophets that you really need to keep on your toes. Thank you for the video and I’m so glad I found you channel!
I have no doubt there are MANY saved in the catholic and orthodox churches. I like to look at this way.. if someone was stranded on a desert island, had never heard of Jesus before and was handed the Bible - what would their belief be when they finished reading it? Would the rituals and legalistic things be important to them? Would they be praying for Mary or other saints to intercede or not? Where would they draw that conclusion? What scripture? I think that’s what people should be looking for in a church. Do they preach the gospel without works and added man made fluff? I’m so glad you are here, and I’m so happy that the Lord is pressing on your heart ♥️ Praying for you, sister!
I love your spirit. You are a very lovely and sincere young woman. I, too, grew up in the church of Christ and converted to the Orthodox Church almost 20 years ago. You bring up interesting points, but you have to understand that the church formed and, then, the New Testament scriptures came out of the already formed church over several decades. The early church liturgy was patterned after the Jewish temple and synagogue worship. The apostles brought the form of the worship into the early church. That is why you cannot take the New Testament and figure out the worship form from that. My husband was raised Jewish and also converted to Orthodox Christianity and recognized the similarities to the synagogue service . Also, once you understand that salvation is mostly about the transformation of the human person to be like Christ (the god-man), you understand that Orthodoxy does not teach "works-based" salvation, as much as it does "grace-enabled" transformation. We become different as we repent and grow closer to God. We are changed.
I used to attend what would be considered mega churches that had a rock concert atmosphere with big screens, skinny jeans, and fog machines - (Hillsong, Bethel, Elevation) music - I ended up fleeing and wasn't allowing myself to go down with that ship
AMEN Its sad how many churches are “dead” and aren’t Holy Spirit lead. I truly believe God had me exist church for that reason, some day i pray to find my Holy community but it will not be a form 990 Church BUSINESS, it will be a home based church and Jesus will be there with us, hallelujah! And i will tithe out of my love of God, not because i was asked or pressured.
thank you for this! I wish that this video was out on UA-cam a decade ago when I believed everything my (previous) church taught me. I've learned so much since then, this is a wonderful list!
I got saved back in 2021 but only got baptised this year in may. I would've done it earlier but I still wasn't completely free from depression and stuff. It's not what saves you, but it is a symbol of dying to your past life and starting afresh
Paul the apostle to the Gentiles did not instruct in water baptism. In fact he only baptized a few people and was overall contrary to it. There is a scripture that says, (paraphrase )In these days men are baptised with water unto repentance, but in the latter days will baptise with the Holy Spirit and fire. True baptism is not a ritual, or expression, but with and by the Holy Spirit!
I have found a lot of issues with friends that go to Non-denominational churches & a lack of understand about confessing/repenting of their sins. they tend to not understand WHAT constitutes sin, never confess their sins, or repent of specific sins & generally look confused when I share with them certain sins that I am struggling with. And the several friends I have that go to non-denom (all different ones with different pastors) are super, super anxious people/families & their churches make everything out to be 'evil' or end of times (like the recent solar eclipse had my one friend literally over the edge). But the things that are truly evil, like the sins of Pride, Gluttony, Sloth, Envy, Selfishness, Miserliness, etc...they can't recognize in themselves OR their pastors. Mostly I think they are folks that had some issue with whatever church (denomination) they went to before and seek out a church that makes up its own rules. Anything that tries to set itself up as 'non' something else is just running in a million different directions away from something else -there seems to be no specific goal/destination (anything that is anti something, not just churches) so anytime a pastor changes, or the church demographic changes the whole focus has the risk to shift to accommodate the new folks that are running from a different upsetting thing. I would also be very wary of a church that is comprised of mostly one age category. A whole (or majority) church body made up of young people will not have the guidance from the older folks, the stability, the clarity, the wisdom (Think instructions in Titus 2). Likewise, a church entirely comprised of elderly people sometimes lacks zeal, fervor, excitement for the Lord, & new ways to serve (& often times the elderly can't keep up with running church functions like they used to & need the physical help). And the healing thing...ooomph. I just attended a formerly Methodist churches Bible study & one lady shared that the drs. told her that her husband is going to go blind. The pastor told her "Don't believe him. No. he is not going to go blind, we are not going to accept that" and jumped up & wanted everyone to put their hands on her & pray over her. I was so uncomfortable. I felt that we do not 'know' whether he WILL go blind or NOT. and instead of 'turning a blind eye', excuse the pun, we should have instead of been praying for acceptance, strength, etc....for the couple to DEAL with the situation. I mean I certainly hope that the man doesn't lose his sight, & I definitely prayed for healing from the Lord, but living in denial isn't healthy either & just blindly believing "oh, the pastor said don't listen to the dr. & he isn't going to go blind' won't help you prepare for the eventuality of it. We don't tell people stuff like that in my church. I was only at this mtg to get some ideas for a Bible study that I have been leading, but it wasn't too helpful.
Once saved always saved simply means God gives unto us eternal life at the moment of salvation as John 3:16 teaches, any sin we commit in this life will be punished by God on this earth but when we die we’ll go to heaven if we have put our trust in Jesus
The once saved always saved believe they can keep sinning and still be saved. That's not how this works. I believe after we've been made whole not to trample the blood of Jesus with our sin again. I believe we must live right and then when we we're before God if he says I'm saved then I'm saved. That's the only once saved always saved I believe in until I make it to heaven I still have a Chance of falling back into sin and missing out on the inheritance.
@@wendymtzcIt’s not about never sinning again, but sinning deliberately is not okay. Many people who believe in the whole “Once saved always saved.” think that they can go on and just continue to sin simply because perfection is not achievable in this life. Or they feel like they simply don’t have to change anything about themselves or work on their sins simply because they’re saved by faith alone. Not true. It’s not about never sinning again, but it’s more about holding yourself accountable for your sin instead of trying to justify it with excuses and justifications. Each day that we wake up is another chance given to us by God to get right with him in any areas we may be having trouble with in our lives. Every sin that we struggle with should be taken care of. Daily accountability is important. Each day we should make an effort to overcome any sin that we may be struggling with. Following God should be a daily practice, not a once in a while, only when you feel like it kind of thing. It’s an ongoing faith that grows each day. Although perfection may not be possible in this life, perfection should be our main goal when following God. That is how we grow each day in our faith, by remaining consistent with our obedience and submission to God. Even if we do not achieve perfection in this life, at least our goal was to reach perfection which encouraged us to keep on growing day by day as children of God in this life until our very last breath. This life was given to us by the Lord to honor and glorify him, not to glorify ourselves or sin. We are here to bring glory to the kingdom of God, not the world. ❤
You spoke about this well. I’ve been going to a new church for a year and something just is not right there. I’m praying about this to find a solid biblical based church. The pastor dismisses the biblical inerrancy and I have a problem with that. I tend to see some of these churches try to adjust scripture based on fitting into current social issues.jesus though is the same yesterday today and forever.
Don’t give up! Every other church we went to God taught me something VERY valuable! And I realized He was preparing me to be the person I needed to be to appreciate our church now. After months and months of searching, we found our home at a Protestant Baptist church as they were the most biblically sound. Just wanted to share that! ♥️ praying that the Lord take you home to your church family!
yes! I used to be a life group leader in a college ministry about 8 months ago. I realized they were pretty charismatic and had the leaders hold hands and ask for a vision from God, or a word from God, then they had us smell different scents and ask us what the scents meant about God and we all had to go around and list it out and see if God would give a "revelation". I know this is also controversial and I don't know your opinion, but they were very obsessed with "speaking in tongues" but I had already formed an opinion on this(I came out of the occult and do not agree with their belief) and I felt like what they were doing was not the actual biblical gift but just saying nonsense into the air, they were extremely pushy about the baptism of the holy spirit which I believe happens at salvation but they were very sold on the "fact" that it is an experience that happens after salvation. That is not even the main issue, even though I believe it to be false, but they believed if you disagreed then you were blaspheming the Holy Spirit and could lose your salvation. I wound up leaving after realizing all of my money was gone(I spent thousands to be with them), I was being controlled every day, every aspect of my life was controlled and I was losing sleep. When I was first asked to be a life group leader I said no a few times but they wound up telling me I needed to repent and still asked me to be a leader. Well I also wound up finding out there is a heap of sexual abuse in this organization nation wide. Everyone covered it up and now there is a huge scandal. There will be a documentary about this group and there is an online forum dedicated to bringing justice from those the group has abused spiritually and sexually. I realized this group was a cult. It is run by the Assemblies of God, and is called Chi Alpha. My trust has been absolutely torn and I cut all ties with them, was ostracized, and they said I did not act "like a true Christian, as real Christians do not leave the flock". Even had one of the pastors ask about my virginity. Weird. I am only 19 but am thankful for this experience because I can spot out the deception in churches in an instant because of my experience. Thank you for this video. New subscriber!
Wow. I’m so sorry that happened to you. Thank you so much for sharing your story for everyone! Praise God He brought you out of that at such a young age 🙌🏻 thank you! I’m so happy you are here!

God let’s us know when we are in a place He doesn’t approve of 🙌 A lot of things we see in some of these “new” churches is just down right witchy. I know it talks about tongues in the Bible, the Bible says it’s a gift and I believe that. I’m Baptist so we don’t do that. I did visit a church like that and it really messes with me. Like I can’t concentrate on my praising and prays. It just makes me extremely uneasy. A friend invited to hear a pastor at her church that she said I would love. She was correct! I studied along with him and he seems to be right on point. Well that church didn’t like the way he was preaching (too much truth). So I started praying. I told God.. if this is the pastor / Shepard You want me to learn from please find him a local church that I can get to. Well the Lord did just that!! Talk about prayers answered, God was doing it for me, for this little country church that is about 5 minutes from my house! We have all joined the church now and I will say that so many times that we gather, I can feel the spirit so thick around us. I’ve never been to a church like that and I never want to leave it. They have loved on and prayed with me on many many occasions. These are truly people of God. They inspire me always. I’ve had some health issues lately and I could literally feel their prayers carrying me. I’m going through a lot of testing. I think we probably found the main thing going on 🙌🙌 The power of prayer is amazing! Sorry, didn’t mean to write you a book. I just get so excited when I can tell about when Jesus found me a church and a pastor! He’s such a perfect Father! ❤
6:50, those guys should read the book of Job ^^' I'm happy that in the Catholic Church when specific people spread false teaching like the magisterium corrects them !
I recently found your channel. On the baptism question, if one is saved before they get baptized, does that means infant baptism is not possible? or that one must be able to understand the concept of Christ's redemption to receive baptism? of course, this is all according to your understanding of baptism.
This is a loaded question, but to keep it brief - those who baptize infants believe that baptism sets the child apart and secures salvation, but this assumption goes beyond what the text of the Bible says. Neither infant baptism nor adult baptism can save a person. We are saved by grace through faith and not by works (Romans 3:28; 4:5; 5:1; Ephesians 1:13) So to answer your question.. Yes, as a Protestant baptist, we believe one must fully understand and be able to have faith in Jesus in order for any baptism to mean something (otherwise you’re just getting wet). I hope this helps! ♥️
That is not completely explain pedo baptism. As a reformed Baptist we believe that baptism is based on the Covent promises of God. It also points forward to prevenient grace which is because your salvation depends on God’s grace not your faith or feelings . We do not believe baptism adds to the work of the Holy Spirit. The only essential baptism is that of the spirit and fire. However. As with the Lord’s supper, the fellowship of believers and prayer the sacrament is another means of grace. None of us have got everything right and we need the help of others in understanding what God is saying to us today so I think a larger group around us to which we are accountable is helpful and biblical. There is no such thing as an individual believer or an individual congregation outside the body of Christ. There is a strong warning against the danger of giving our own opinions which is the best reason in favour of denominations even with their weaknesses. I am fearful of the growing trend towards individualism and outing other believers, even when we are right.
Great video. I think one lie is that all we need and me and my Bible. That we can go to church and not need Doctrine, or learn from those before us, etc.
Yes fellowship is important > Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching 🌟🕊️
Hi, Anna! My husband and I used to go to one of those mega churches here in Portugal. And they did some of the things you described, so we are churchless now and have been for a few years...😟 I have to confess that I miss going to church and being surrounded by those that have the same faith, but we don't have any churches that I feel are from God near us. We have been invited by Catholic friends to go to the Catholic church, but Psalm 115 comes to mind and I don't know if it is the right thing to do. What is your opinion on that? Praying for you and I hope you are sleeping better by now.☺
Aww, that is truly so sad! I live in the south of the US so we are considered the “Bible Belt” and have so many churches to choose from. I can’t imagine not having many. I’ll pray for you ♥️ My husband grew up Catholic and he has quite a bone to pick with the faith. While, we both believe there are soooo many Catholics with genuine saving faith, there are some confusing aspects that don’t line up with scripture. Basically, he says it’s very works based. Also the issue with praying to the saints.. I know they claim that they are not worshipping them but rather asking them to intercede for them, but it really doesn’t add up - not to mention that would be talking/praying to the dead.. which is forbidden, right?
"I know they claim that they are not worshipping them but rather asking them to intercede for them, but it really doesn’t add up - not to mention that would be talking/praying to the dead.. which is forbidden, right?" Exactly! That's what they say to me, but in Thimothy 2:5 says "For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people." I have never thought about it through the perspective of talking/praying to the dead, but that is spot on. Those saints where amazing and sincere christians, but they are dead. They are asleep, waiting for Jesus to return, right? Thank you SO much for this insight!🥰 I grew up catholic, too and then my mother went to that mega church and I started going with her. That's where I met my husband. And sometimes I want so badly to have a church to go to again, that I forget that not all churches are from God, no matter how well intentioned those that go there, may be. Thank you for praying and I wanted to thank you also for inspiring us, christian women, that are at home and sometimes feel less "important", compared to those that work and have careers. I have started to wear dresses and because some of your tastes in home decor are similar to mine, I'm changing some things around my house, too. I also started to cook gluten free and made other changes to our way of eating (especially now that my husband went through the kidney transplan) and I can feel that my he is feeling better and more at peace and so am I.😌 Have a blessed day and I'm happy to hear that you are sleeping better!❤🙏
There’s no perfect church there’s no perfect denomination. Every church will have its flaws and difficulties. Try and find a more traditional based church, hymns, KJV or Church of Christ or something, or maybe Mennonite even. Or Catholic Church too, or a more modern style church if that’s how the Lord is leading. The real deal is when you go to church don’t lose your identity in Christ. Stay in the word listen and filter out and help people there.

@@Strivinginholiness I prefer to use clear scripture to base my doctrine… And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Church of Christ believe that if someone had accepted Jesus into their heart and then died before baptism, that they were not saved. Leading to a work being attached to faith which was my husband’s biggest problem with it. This also leads to many getting baptized just so they don’t go to hell - not because they love Jesus and what He did. I was also taught that CoC is the ONLY church that will go to heaven which is very sad and arrogant to me. But with all of that said, I met some incredible beautiful God fearing people in CoC and they extended so much love and kindness to me in a way I will never forget.
Good points. Really cool to see. Thank you god that we can discern through your spirit and please help us on our way . But i have one obstacle. When Jeremia said to the Israelites that their heart is bad, God spoke through Hesekiel in the same time period that he will give them A NEW HEART with new desires. Also in Matthew, Jesus is speaking to Pharisees, making the point that the heart is the root of all evil, but a newborn christian has a NEW HEART, "a heart of flesh". To point the Jeremia Verse to a Christian saying dont follow your heart isnt true. Still DONT FOLLOW your FLESH, but through your heart god is speaking and can lay things on it.
I’m half and half on Christianity, I get no answers, I can’t find a church, or a woman. I have been waiting so long I now feel like giving up, what else can I do? I’ve spoken multiple pastors, different denominations, other religions you name it. And get no where. I use to like LDS but everyone said they aren’t that good.
just wanted to point out prophesy and using the prophetic is not bad or unscriptual. And yes Satan will try to mimic what God can do thus "medium and fortune tellers". i actively use the prophetic and hear from the Lord the same as any other Christian can. The Holy Spirit was given to us, and with him comes gifts...one also being the gift of tongues. No different than conviction from the Holy Spirit, it's God talking and directing. just recently i had a prophesy about my teeth. i went to the dentist and they found a major issue that i had NO CLUE about, if i had not come in when i did i could have lost the tooth. God cares about the big and little things in our lives. Also i personally am very careful (even if i feel icky) to call any work ( or possible work) of the Holy Spirit bad or "false, not biblical"...the Bible does warn against blaspheming against the Holy Ghost, calling his work, works of the devil. I have many friends who came out of New Age and saw the Power of God and that was what first drew them to him. They always thought Christians were old people fluffing about. But God is a mighty God of power, and yes we should have balance, thus why Paul also ordered structure in the services regarding prophesy and praying in tongues. Just because you have an Ick, doesn't mean it's not biblical. where is your scripture? The Word of God talks about prophesy. It even says in the latter days there will be more of it, and dreams and visions. Please in the future provide scripture, or at lest biblical doctrine based in the weight of scripture rather than your feelings. you have some amazing points that are awesome and so great to see you speaking up on them. and i pray you are greatly blessed as you keep serving our Amazing Lord and Jesus.
Here is the thing, if what’s being “prophesied” has already been taught in the Bible, we don’t need someone else to say/teach it, and if it contradicts the Bible, well it is not of God and the Lord guiding our steps (like in helping you make the right decision about your dental health) is not prophesy. Whatever we need to live righteous lives that please the Lord is already in the Bible, we might need discernment or understanding and we can pray about it and the Lord will help.
@@wendymtzc why do you even go to church then? God gave prophests, apostles and such for the church to grow...so why go if you don't believe you need to be told something already in the bible
Hi Anna! Thank you for another wonderful video. I enjoy your content very much. I would like to list two important Bible verses concerning baptism:) John 3:5- Jesus answered, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. (This was in response to the question Nicodemus asked Jesus of how to be born again.) The following verse is the fulfillment of this… Acts 2:38- Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The book of Acts is the acts of the disciples carrying out the instructions of Jesus after he ascended to Heaven. It is informative and still applies to us today:)
Thank you so much! I love these discussions!I studied these two scriptures a lot when I was trying to figure out my stance on baptism. These two articles helped me so much and elegantly stated everything my husband was trying to explain to me when I was frantic about being baptized. I’d love to hear your further thoughts! ♥️ www.gotquestions.org/baptism-John-3-5.html www.gotquestions.org/baptism-Acts-2-38.html
Born of the water is the first birth from the womb (amniotic sac) born of the Spirit (born of God) is to be truly born again. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:" John 1:12
Hi ! Peace unto you. This person says send me a donation and I'll send you a Prophetic word. She has many followers. So sad. But thank you ! New sub. GOD BE WITH YOU
Can't we get back to the very heart of what God intended for us..before the Roman empire twisted everything? Like ditching paganism and keeping sabbath holy instead of the counterfeit day? Man,we have urgently got to pray for wisdom, discernment and the ability to worship in spirit and truth. We should obey Him and not man made traditions that mostly grew like a cancer out of the harlot Rome.
Of course not! But they certainly need to be there... Wouldn't you agree? Maybe one day while listening to the sermon or Bible lesson, the scales will be lifted and they'll get truly saved 🙏
@@annamccosker7878 of course. Everyone going to church that isn’t saved yet, are searching, hoping, for something .. for someone. Church is a better place for that than lets say…. Starbucks for example.
Anna, I am new to your channel. But I want to encourage you to continue to "speak the truth in Love." I know you have hit a nerve with some, but concentrate on God's leading. Love from an older woman in Christ
Peter seems fairly clear baptism now saves you. Nowhere does God's say anything about an outward sign of an inner change or act of obedience. Does that mean the unbaptised arent saved? Of course not God can work however He pleases
I agree that it is commanded, but one could think the baptism is what saves them, and have no heart change whatsoever. We see it all the time. Does the baptism change the persons heart or was it changed before being dipped in water? Or does the baptism more-so greatly impact and change the hearts of others who may not know Jesus yet?
@@AnnaDysett I would ask by who's standard are we flawed Christians looking at other flawed Christians? I agree there are those who have been baptized but have rejected the gift of salvation, but we don't see the heart only God does. We have no ability to see the future or how people's sanctification is achieved. Baptism is the objective outward thing we look at that God Himself gave us. Much like circumcision, but even broader now that the gentiles have been grafted in.
When you study salvation in the Bible it’s pretty clear we are saved by believing in the finished work of Christ on the cross and not of works. It’s the fact that He took our sin on himself and became sin for us when he died. He became God’s perfect sacrifice for all mankind and sprinkled his blood on the mercy seat of heaven on our behalf. Because His sacrifice is permanent for sins, all we need to do is simply believe on what He did and freely receive his gift of Salvation. He paid our debt, we can choose to believe or not believe it and let Him be Lord of our life. Adding anything over and above that to salvation is works on our part and unnecessary for the salvation itself. The works do come after as a sign we believe, are also for the increasing of our faith and we do gain heavenly rewards but our salvation is sealed. If you are born again then die right after and you are never baptized you will go to heaven period because you believed on Jesus as your Savior.
@@Mountainsongbird1 baptism isn't a work. From the believers baptism stand point it is, it's an act of obedience, or an outside proclamation of an inner change which is nowhere in scripture.
Christians need to learn how to rightly divide the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. The whole bible was written for us...BUT the whole bible was NOT written TO us. MOST of the bible was written TO ISRAEL. ONLY the Epistles of Paul was written to the Body of Christ (Christians). Paul IS OUR APOSTLE. The 12 Apostles are Apostles TO ISRAEL. Most people do not READ their bibles. They have other people interpret the bible for them. It is important to read and study the bible for yourself. Alot of religious traditions are false or do not even apply to the Body of Christ.
Wow talk about (NOT) rightly dividing the Word! It's the WHOLE counsel of God ! We as Gentiles have been grafted in ! ALL the Apostles are for the Church ! God is NOT finished with His Israel and everything unfolding in the Middle East right now is relevant to biblically prophetic end time events !
@@gracefaithsaved Sorry...but you are WRONGLY dividing the Word of God. The Gospel of the Kingdom IS NOT the Gospel of Grace. They are not the same. Salvation is DIFFERENT in the two....and they are preached differently. Gospel of the Kingdom - For Israel and was PROMISED to them in the OLD TESTAMENT. Was based on the Covenants of God and Israel ACCORDING to the LAW OF MOSES. It is accomplished by FOLLOWING THE LAW OF MOSES (the COMMANDMENTS) and the FAITH OF THE MESSIAH (THE KING OF ISRAEL). Preached by Jesus (BEFORE HE DIED), and the 12 Apostles who were Apostles TO ISRAEL. They preached NOT the forgiveness of sins...but the REMISSION OF SINS. Gospel of Grace - For EVERYONE >>TODAY
I agree with you on most of it. But Oh no no no girl I'm telling you right now i think you still have some learning to do because you definitely have to be baptized. Thats how we get underneath the blood of jesus youve haven't been taught what it truly means if this is what you believe and in this day and age the devil wants us to believe that we don't have to be baptized but we DO. i beg please talk to God some more about this. I have a bible study on it that can further you knowledge on it if you want me to give it to you. Don't laugh or brush it off until you have further knowledge. Im am finding that our ministers are not actually teaching on it. And its sad. Its not about obedience we're already obedient. I do believe being drunk in the spirit but like prophesy its been given a bad light because people have been pretending and turning it into something its not. Not everyone will get drunk and it doesn't happen all the time i find it to be rare when its the real thing. I hate that everyone wants to be a prochet but its not a calling to be toyed with nor is it about fortune telling but it doesn't mean God doesn't have a good word for someone but make sure God has said it before you say it. This is a big trending thing in church but not everyone is called to do that. Also stop chasing false prophets. Goodbess!
Anna, can you in good conscience keep Sunday holy, and not the Sabbath/Saturday, and claim that you have the Spirit of Jesus living inside you, when Hebrews 13.8 says: "Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever". Please show us a single Bible- verse where Jesus encourages us to keep Sunday holy, when Jesus himself says that He is Lord of the Sabbath, Mark 2.27-28. Why did the apostle Paul all his life keep the Sabbath on Saturday and not Sunday, Acts of the Apostles 18.4. Because Christ, the King of the Jews lived in and was Lord in Paul. Why does 1.John 2.6 say: "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." Because it is only when a person is born again that he becomes a child of God, he is granted the obedience of Jesus Christ - the Spirit that cries: Abba. We are only saved when we are sealed by God, and we would rather die than sin against God's holy Ten Commandments. The fourth commandment in the Law of Ten Commandments says: "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it." Exodus 20.8-11. Why do people keep the pagan solar day holy, and obey the teachings of the blasphemous anti-christian catholic church, which also claims in the blasphemous spirit that the pope is Jesus Christ's vicar on earth, hypocrisy of the highest degree. A true recognition and repentance of one's own sin is needed, and humbly ask for the Lord's mercy, mercy and forgiveness from a broken and repentant heart that realizes its own evil, that we have been seduced by people's cunning tricks and false games to keep the pagan day of the sun holy and not The Biblical Sabbath.
Who decided that Saturday was the seventh day of the week? Rome did. They named the days of the week after pagan gods and goddesses. Sunday is named for the sun god. Saturday is named after Saturn, which is another name for Moloch (Christmas is actually the pagan feast of Saturnalia disguised as Christian). The original Sabbath was lunar-based. In multiple places throughout the Bible, the Sabbath was paired with the phrase, “new moons.” Why? Because the Biblical/Hebrew Sabbath was based on the 7-day phases of the moon. The “new moons” corresponded with the full and new moon; the Sabbaths corresponded with the half-moon phases. It was not until the advent of the Julien calendar of Rome that names were given to the days of the week, and that the one named after Saturn was designated as the last day of the week to be kept “holy.” The Seventh-Day Adventist movement is false and Pharisaical. Technically, the Christian’s Sabbath rest is found in Christ, who broke the Sabbath Himself but bore no sin for doing so. Will a Christian today be damned to hell because the place they work will not allow them to be off on a certain day of the week? Absolutely not. All throughout the Dark Ages, Christians practiced the Sabbath on Sunday. Yet, they loved Christ so much, they were willing to be martyred by the Antichrist beast that was (and still is) the Roman Catholic Church. The Book of Revelation is about those selfsame white Christian martyrs (as Historicism, the proper eschatological viewpoint, teaches). They were washed clean and will be reigning with Christ upon the resurrection and Christ’s return, despite the fact that they worshipped on Sunday.
You do not come up with any Bible- verses on your claims that the SDA is unbiblical. Jesus Christ, the King of the Jews, who throughout His life here on earth kept the Sabbath holy, the seventh day, and hence also the fourth Commandment in God's Law by doing this, and all His true followers/disciples need to be like Christ, their Master, in all things. The Sabbath was given to mankind from the very beginning, not only to the jews: "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.", Genesis 2.3. Yes, Sunday has always been the first day of the week, the day after God's Holy Sabbath. Sunday- observance dates back to Nimrod's time with the Tower of Babel. Babylon then and now represents paganism in religious seductive vanity - idolatry, hypocritical falsehood and blasphemy in the highest degree, Satanism in admiring worship of the father of lies; satan, a mockery of Heaven's good God and Father; Jehovah. And so the antichrist- church in Rome today has only continued the falsehood, and now in even more seductive falsehood and hypocrisy by claiming that its religiosity has anything to do with the God of the Bible, which it in no way has. satan, the deceiver, the god of Babylon and the world. Babylon defines its god as a trinity - but please read John. 17.3 and 1 Corinthians 8.6 for knowing the Truth. The first day of the week shall be kept holy by all says rome, and this is the mark of the beast; all those who are loyal to satan and worship him on the "honorable day of the sun", blasphemy in the highest degree, but those who is born again of God, children of God, those who keep all God's Holy Ten Commandments and who have the Spirit of Jesus and the faith of Jesus in their hearts, will NEVER violate the Sabbath, because the Sabbath on Saturday is a sign between God and His people/children, Exodus, ch. 31. 13-17, and Jesus is still the same yesterday, today and forever, Hebrews 13.8. Unfortunately, gullible and deceived people are blinded by satan, and therefore do not see the abominations that the vatican conducts, as Bible- studies are virtually absent. The masses of men do not see the false game and cunning tricks of the wolves of the Vatican, and these men of power are still proud and honor each other in their corrupt and hardened hearts, serving and worshiping themselves and Satan, the abominable and demonic spirit of selfishness. Chapter 18 of the Book of Revelation tells how badly things are going with Babylon - vatican, the world and everyone who's names are not written in the book of Life. Romans 2.28-29 says: "For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart , in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God."
@@Christinus211 Well I am a Catholic & we DO have Bible Study groups, for your information. Our parish has THREE different ones & I run one of them. We read scripture in mass as well & are encouraged to read the Bible on our own (much has changed since 1969, but most Protestants have not kept up). I have had conversations with Protestants & known more in and about the Bible than they did. And I know that seems like a prideful thing to say, so i will repent of that sin & ask to be forgiven by you & God. I do not consider myself blinded by 'satan'. I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ as my savior & that he died on the cross for MY salvation. And if God is not a 'trinity' as you state, then how DO you factor in Jesus & the Holy Spirit? this is a rhetorical question & I am not going to argue with any answer you give. And I have several very close friends that are Seventh Day Adventist & there are quite a few VERY unbiblical things they do...like...I don't know...all of their eating restrictions? Those were dreamed up by 'man' and NOT of the Bible. Eating restrictions were 'nailed to the cross' so to speak. Paul even discusses this at length with the Jewish concern about eating pork/non kosher food & things like circumcision. there is NO human made organization-like church that has it 100% RIGHT. NONE. I have been to many - Methodist, Baptist, Catholic, SDA, Non-denominational, and even something called 'Ethical Culture'. NONE have it all 'right' because we are humans doing the best we can with the intellect & limited understanding we are given, to follow Christ in the best way we know how. I mean we even have the Methodist & Episcopal churches tearing themselves apart over allowing gay marriage. The Bible has a ton to say about the sin of homosexuality. So how did they come to the acceptance of that? Because of Man. Man is a flawed being & strays often. The WHOLE ENTIRE Bible is a long description of man's straying & and Being a 'stiff necked people'. And a haughty spirit, as exhibited in your comments, is a sure way to not stay on the straight & narrow, my friend. Luckily for all of us, we have a merciful God, a Loving & forgiving God.
@@pattyhansen7563 "For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 (Mary and the saints are not to be called on; to continue in this is idolatry and to partake in the practice is necromancy.)
Hello Patty ☺ I am NOT blaming or accusing any truly Bibletruth- seeking souls of being a satanist by going to catholic masses, I am blaming and accusing the satanic- devilish catholic teachings and doctrines that are all total unbiblical and that is leading souls to worship satan/mary/demons and not God our Father and His Begotten Son - our Lord Jesus Christ, 1. Corinthians 8.6. It is written in 2. Corinthians 3.17-18: "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD." You catholic believers claiming that mary, the mother of Jesus Christ did never do sin in all her life, but where a saint all her life, right ? Then the Bibel- verses in 1.John 4.2-3: "Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.", it proves than that the catholic system is the ANTICRIST, which claims that Jesus was not born like all us humans, because He could not sin, because He had holy flesh, and where not able to do sin. And Romans 3.23 says: " For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.", so also mary, the mother of Jesus Christ. Jesus was tempted by the devil more then any man, but He choose to obay God the Fathers good will all His life, Hallelujah. And when we want Jesus to be Lord in our life, He gonna help us when we are tempted to do sin, if we pray for His help, Amen. The True Blessed Ten Commandment Law written in Exodus 20 is the character of Christ heart and mind, and not the changed comandmants of the catholic devil system that in its satanic arrogance has deleted the hole second commandment and splitted the tenth into two. look at all the cruel deeds of evil that the many wolves in sheep's clothing in the satanic Catholic power system have inflicted on innocent children and nuns especially throughout the dark ages, tragedies that have so far only been partially revealed, unconverted religious wolves who have worked in satan's service in years, blasphemy and arrogance of power of the highest degree. Jesus says this in Matthew 7.15-23: "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." The final test is all about loyalty; if we choose to keep holy the Lords Blessed Sabbath, then we will be sealed by God and receive eternal Life. Or choose to keep the pagan catholic sunday, and receive the mark of the beast and be dead and lost forever. 💕Beloved Patty, I challenge you to watch the UA-cam- video: "Established by force" by the channel Judgement Hour, to learn more true Biblical evidence on Truth, because it's a matter of LIFE or DEATH.💕 🎼🎶AMEN ✝ HALLELUJAH🎶🎼

Yes, Amen! Questions strengthen our faith! Not being allowed to ask questions just leads to brainwashing and to what man says is true.
God is great. “Ask and you shall receive.”

Oof! Yes! Can’t stand this one.
@@AnnaDysett wow never thought of that, good information
Amen, thank you for sharing this with everyone. As a brand new Christian I needed to hear this ❤
I also was in the Church’s of Christ denomination.
He is so good!
Hi Anna! Another one is “if you don’t speak in tongues, you’re not filled with the spirit”
Anna, thank you for standing on the truth! Ephesians 6:14 “Stand firm then with the belt of truth buckled around your waist.”
You made some good points. Let’s also keep in mind that the fruits of the spirit are love, joy, and peace, and since these are feelings and come from our hearts, we should learn when we should trust our hearts 🌞
I like that 🤗 thank you so much for sharing!
Praise God for your life. So greatful to God to have taken us out from all these lies a year ago.
I like your calmness.❤
Evil copies everything that God can do. That’s why you saw stuff like that in the new age etc… not everyone is real though. A lot of wisdom is needed to discern what’s truth and what’s fake. “But if anyone among you is in need of wisdom, let him petition God, who gives abundantly to all without reproach, and it shall be given to him.”
James 1:5
True! Unfortunately so many throw out the baby with the bathwater. And negate the true because of the counterfeits!
You hit the nail on the head. I stay away from these. Churches like the plague.

Another church I avoid is the ones that resemble a rock concert. I just got rid of my rock cds, I had over five thousand dollars worth of them, so the last thing I need is a church with Highway To Hell playing instead of Old Rugged Cross. 🤦♀️
Our Church choir sings the modern songs, instead of the older ones. We have drums and other instruments. Love it
Don’t say Gods name in vain
@@KN_buildsThank you for saying something! So many Christian’s say this all too often like it’s just part of their daily vocabulary and this is clearly one of the 10 commandments!
@@TarrynS1 yes it’s very sad
Hahah good description, you forgot the gelled hair, gold watches and square shoes.
AMEN
Its sad how many churches are “dead” and aren’t Holy Spirit lead. I truly believe God had me exist church for that reason, some day i pray to find my Holy community but it will not be a form 990 Church BUSINESS, it will be a home based church and Jesus will be there with us, hallelujah! And i will tithe out of my love of God, not because i was asked or pressured.
Coming to the realization that I was being duped by the prosperity gospel all those years still hurts
thank you for this! I wish that this video was out on UA-cam a decade ago when I believed everything my (previous) church taught me. I've learned so much since then, this is a wonderful list!
Very good! Thank you for this.
I got saved back in 2021 but only got baptised this year in may. I would've done it earlier but I still wasn't completely free from depression and stuff. It's not what saves you, but it is a symbol of dying to your past life and starting afresh
Well said!
I was only at this mtg to get some ideas for a Bible study that I have been leading, but it wasn't too helpful.
much wisdom here, trust your bible not a man.
Also the phrase 'once saved always saved' when people don't repent and think they can do any sins they like.
@@savannahjones299 have you stopped sinning since you believed?
Hi Anna. Please tell us more about you and your husband. Personal stuff like music you like and books and movies you're into.
I agree with all, except the first.
Jesus himself said that one must be born of water and the spirit to enter the kingdom of God - baptism.

A lot of things we see in some of these “new” churches is just down right witchy.
Anna just curious have you or your husband ever visited a Seventh day Adventist church?
I remember doing that word of thought kinda thing back when I was a kid at a church camp. it didn't really work for me
6:50, those guys should read the book of Job ^^' I'm happy that in the Catholic Church when specific people spread false teaching like the magisterium corrects them !
And they did some of the things you described, so we are churchless now and have been for a few years...😟
I have to confess that I miss going to church and being surrounded by those that have the same faith, but we don't have any churches that I feel are from God near us.
I’ll pray for you ♥️
My husband grew up Catholic and he has quite a bone to pick with the faith.
Oh and I am sleeping much better! Thank you so much for your prayers!
"I know they claim that they are not worshipping them but rather asking them to intercede for them, but it really doesn’t add up - not to mention that would be talking/praying to the dead.. which is forbidden, right?" Exactly! That's what they say to me, but in Thimothy 2:5 says "For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people."
I have never thought about it through the perspective of talking/praying to the dead, but that is spot on.
I also started to cook gluten free and made other changes to our way of eating (especially now that my husband went through the kidney transplan) and I can feel that my he is feeling better and more at peace and so am I.😌
Have a blessed day and I'm happy to hear that you are sleeping better!❤🙏
There’s no perfect church there’s no perfect denomination. Every church will have its flaws and difficulties. Try and find a more traditional based church, hymns, KJV or Church of Christ or something, or maybe Mennonite even. Or Catholic Church too, or a more modern style church if that’s how the Lord is leading. The real deal is when you go to church don’t lose your identity in Christ. Stay in the word listen and filter out and help people there.

Thank you god that we can discern through your spirit and please help us on our way
This is such a well thought out question. I found this article very helpful

We found our local Baptist church the most biblically sound 🙂
just wanted to point out prophesy and using the prophetic is not bad or unscriptual.

I would like to list two important Bible verses concerning baptism:)
John 3:5- Jesus answered, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
(This was in response to the question Nicodemus asked Jesus of how to be born again.)
The following verse is the fulfillment of this…
Acts 2:38- Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Cool, God/Jesus Christ are not religious either! 👍🏻🌟🕊️
Not everyone at church is a christian
Sadly, very true!
@@TTundragrizzly totally agree 🙏🙂
Anna, I am new to your channel. But I want to encourage you to continue to "speak the truth in Love." I know you have hit a nerve with some, but concentrate on God's leading. Love from an older woman in Christ
You definitely have to have some thick skin to be on UA-cam. Thank you so much for your words of encouragement ♥️ it means a lot!
Isn’t it a part of a Revelation thought. That the churches will do this…?
My experience with Church of Christ is that they get a lot of things wrong.
@@gbush92223 true! Great discussion!
Anna, could you talk a little bit about remarriage?
Touchy touchy subject! And funny that you mentioned it since I have been doing a lot of study on it. Maybe one day soon the Lord will fully equip me 🙂
Christians need to learn how to rightly divide the word of truth.
The fourth commandment in the Law of Ten Commandments says:
"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
It was not until the advent of the Julien calendar of Rome that names were given to the days of the week, and that the one named after Saturn was designated as the last day of the week to be kept “holy.”
The Seventh-Day Adventist movement is false and Pharisaical.

"For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5
(Mary and the saints are not to be called on; to continue in this is idolatry and to partake in the practice is necromancy.)
Hello Patty ☺
I am NOT blaming or accusing any truly Bibletruth- seeking souls of being a satanist by going to catholic masses, I am blaming and accusing the satanic- devilish catholic teachings and doctrines that are all total unbiblical and that is leading souls to worship satan/mary/demons and not God our Father and His Begotten Son - our Lord Jesus Christ, 1. Corinthians 8.6.
It is written in 2. Corinthians 3.17-18: "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD."
You catholic believers claiming that mary, the mother of Jesus Christ did never do sin in all her life, but where a saint all her life, right ?
Jesus says this in Matthew 7.15-23:
"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."
The final test is all about loyalty; if we choose to keep holy the Lords Blessed Sabbath, then we will be sealed by God and receive eternal Life. Or choose to keep the pagan catholic sunday, and receive the mark of the beast and be dead and lost forever.
