On the LED indicators (turn signal) have you wired them the right way round as leds only work when dc volts flow through them in the correct direction in. The d in led is for diode a type of electronic one way valve the symbol on circuit diagram is arrow with line across the tip with in the case of leds 2-3 output lines/arrows at an angle to indicate the light being emitted when forward biased as it's called.
Where did you get the exhaust pipes from?Do you have a link to them?
Get some that aligns better than these, please! Lots of slash-cut drag-pipe models out there.
