It’s Achilles heel is the small room size which means there is little or no seating in the rooms. Yes, the hotel is newer than most, but it will age quickly. Then they’ll have a worn out hotel as well as small rooms. All done just so they can make a bit more money on the rare occasions when the hotel is at capacity.
