They been friends for a long time, these two pairs are Canadian. Andrew is experienced, so it seems effortless. To me, both are the more expressive in each of their pairs so it makes sense.
The US show didn't have this number...my guess is that she is dating Andrew and this was an opportunity for him to dance with her, kaitlyn in there to not make it strange and absent scott.
I don't think Tessa and Scott were in any US shows? I saw this in Canada live and if I remember correctly Scott was in an all guys number right after this so they probably left him out of this one so he had time to change costumes. Also, Kaitlyn and Andrew are dance partners so it makes sense she's there.
Andrew was in the all guy number as well, still seems odd to me. I'm skeptical.....There are a lot of odd moments btw T and Andrew in 2018 practice sessions, specifically Nationals.

Tessa and Andrew is something. They danced with so much emotion. You can see and feel the chemistry even for a few seconds.
