You did miss out one of the note exchange vendor as there's one inside the whitesprings mall, in the crafting area next to the scrip exchange, i always go to that one post Daily ops / events as it's super convient as well as having an ammo storage box, scrap box and vendors.

only issue is trying to avoid stuff like the responders and blue transport company (forgot the name) when exploring immersion and RP (even on a private world) as they expanded their locations. I wish for at least private worlds options to do Original/Wastelanders/etc options of what world you are in. I try to play it as a single player game (expect for quests where you have to face "Bosses")

you can do the same on the normal servers .. join a casual team for extra xp and just ignore everything else - everyone will ignore you in a casual team.
