As someone who used to be more on the chubby side, I was so insecure because of being called fat, that I severely cut down the amount that I ate and now I'm skinny enough that you can begin to see my ribs. No matter how much I eat, my body won't be perfect, that's what I learned from experience. And I hope others will also learn that the "perfect" body does not exist. All bodies are beautiful and unique in their own ways. And remember, you can't have a butt without a little bit of gut, don't listen to people when they say to eat less/ healthier, that won't always take away the body fat. People have extra fat for various reasons be it medical, how much you eat, or anything else. And to my fellow skinny people, don't listen when people tell you to eat more, that you might look like your starving, etc. Big chests small chests, large thighs, small thighs, hip dips, stretch marks, acne scars, body hair, and much more, are all natural and won't stop you from making real, true friends.
I’m so glad you learned, eating disorders can be much more dangerous and terrible then some people think. Ofc idk if you had one, but that’s the toxic mindset that gets you into one. How your body looks doesn’t matter, and I wish more people like this could understand that.

The way im doing it is, If I play video games, i wont eat until i starve so much it hurts. But then, if i burn a proud amount of calories, i'll eat something small, like a snack. but if im out hiking a whole day, then i'll eat a normal sized meal. But then Buffets become hard, i just try to not eat so much i get so full i can hardly move. do you think this will work? I'll end my diet before school, but then i dont eat lunch at school unless it my hot lunch so- any personal advice i should know? (Anyone seeing this could answer)
@Itz Micheal I think it might be important to seek help. I’m not an expert, but that doesn’t seem healthy. I would call a hotline for eating disorders or tell family or friends or go to a therapist. It’s hard to seek help for many people, but anorexia, a common eating disorder, has about a 5% mortality rate. Some diets can be great, but starving yourself isn’t a diet, it’s a problem

Honestly, the cancer video got me mad by far the most. I knew people with cancer, and I lost them to it. It's not in their control, nor is it funny. Their body is fighting them, that is what it is, and it tends to last very, VERY, long. Until death or a very slim chance of them healing.
My uncle lost his life because of cancer, he was my grandma's brother my grandma was in tears when she heard her brother had died of cancer, I really just slap grapes rn.

Honestly, the cancer video got me mad by far the most. I knew people with cancer, and I lost them to it. It's not in their control, nor is it funny. Their body is fighting them, that is what it is, and it tends to last very, VERY, long. Until death or a very slim chance of them healing.
My uncle lost his life because of cancer, he was my grandma's brother my grandma was in tears when she heard her brother had died of cancer, I really just slap grapes rn.

I'm not apart of the LGBTQ+ community but I don't agree with her that cancer isn't real. My grandma had cancer for I think over 2 years, but it'll also be for the rest of her life. Thankfully though, it's getting better, and it's not a type of cancer that she can die from. (I'm adding more to this comment as I watch the video more) Also shaming people because they're fat isn't right either.
