- A off-roading adventure to the rugged south side of Big Island Hawaii. Super fun fishing spots with some rugged camping in the lava fields. We had some good fun family fishing action. We had a blast catching fish and getting some nice weather.
Nice! back in the late 80s and 90s diving was good :road to the sea kauna to manuka.

still get boulders blocking road past smoking rock? went a year or so ago and the king tide washed out the road
There was some side by side driving in not sure how far they went. Looked like a narrow road was being put back in.
Hey 808 I am coming to the bis island In February and was curious to know if the Old Kona Airport Beach was fishable?
No fishing allowed at old airports but just about anywhere else is. Sometimes Alii drive pier or Keauhou will have a fun bait ball.
