I think you did a great job with this comprehensive look at the technology package in this vehicle. I have yet to come across car reviews that spend even a fourth the time looking into the technology package which leaves you wondering at best what it has to offer. Thanks Lew!
Compared to some other people who reviewed this car, you really make me to want this car. Frankly speaking its a Gorges car, but the touch everything center console in the middle kind makes me give it a second thought, you cant look down there when driving, they should have proper knobs and buttons - much safer and effective.
Most car reviews talk about dynamics and other stuff, but noone ever talks about the bits you actually get to fiddle with and use day to day. I have seen a bunch of reviews on this car and noone bothered to mention the usb port behind the display. You MUST do more like this :O
I think the Cadillac CUE system has got a lot of bad media publicity but I have this vehicle and have had absolutely nil problems with the touch screen .
Amazing car, amazing video. I love your stuff, keep it up brother! Especially with car tech, it's always evolving, always changing. Once again, amazing video dude.
Can the lane departure effect be disabled? Just curious for those who don't use their turn signals (I do ALWAYS but just curious). Does the lane departure eventually turn off after you switch lanes without signaling? Beautiful car!
Thanks! I just ordered one of these and was curious how to recharge the key. Key recharging seems to be an issue with the keyless systems. I had an issue with my BMW key dying because I didn't put it in the ignition often enough to recharge (it was too easy to keep it in my pocket!).
I think the new Dodge Charger has that audio feature also so you don't have to re-adjust the volume when changing terrain, my friend has it and I've noticed it, it's pretty cool.
Fyi, the premium performance is the top trim level before you get an atsv! Also the 3.6 engine is a monster for just a v6! I bought a used 2015 Cadillac certified in 2019, absolutely love it! Not your grandpaps caddy anymore!!! Lol. Also the dealer put an upgraded cue in my car at time of purchase and i have no issues as described in reviews!!! None!!! Also all metal trim and paddle shifters are magnesium!
Hey bro! You explained this car like you created it if that was me I would have skipped over stuff like I think this is how this works I think 🤔 I would have been all over the place 👀🥴🍺🍺🍺🍺
Alright fair enough, but I'm just curious...exactly what GM products are you referring too? Anything from less than 10 years ago maybe? Lutz-era? Malaise? And what exactly are you comparing them too?
Right right, every biased fanboy with something negative to say is a mechanic, or a mechanical engineer, or something along those lines. Yeah I'll take your word for it...
most car reviewers dont like this interface cause they find it difficult to use while driving and say it fells cheap , seems really nice to me but have to try it
I’m in SE MN I have a 14 ats performance trim rwd and it’s fine in the snow. I don’t drive much in the snow and not when the weathers bad out. I have an 05 STS4 for that.
Dont have to get so PO'ed, but I would like to know the what the size of the engine is or how many cylinders it has not just the lights on the door handles
how's the CUE working for you ? I'm wondering if I should get it now or wait till the 2014 comes out maybe they have fixed CUE quirks and other bugs of the car?
My 2008 Audi A4 has the SVC (Speed Volume Control) and the Auto depending on the noise there is. With the SVC manual you can set how much you want it to go up.
Not to be a smart ass or anything, but GM has been doing the auto noise cancelation since at least 1997, give. Given the fact it was much more low tech and changed depending on how fast you were going (based on faster you go=more road noise), instead of how much road noise was actually inside the car. My dad has it in his 1997 Chevy silverado
Whoa. I watch you all the time for tech but didn't think you'd pop up when I'm researching a used car purchase. Awesome video. Thanks
Dude same. I'm trying to buy this exact trim level and I love unbox therapy. Got a kick out of his nexus 4 paired in 2020
this dude is good at what he does, getting into the details, while making it interesting, with his humour,I WANNA BE LIKE YOU WHEN I GROW UP
howdy neighbour. I'm picking up a 2015 ATS tomorrow. ridiculous value for a three year old vehicle!
Emile Nemchik how reliable has it been?

I WANT THIS CAR SO BAD
Most car reviews talk about dynamics and other stuff, but noone ever talks about the bits you actually get to fiddle with and use day to day. I have seen a bunch of reviews on this car and noone bothered to mention the usb port behind the display.

Competitors watch out!! Lou just took it up a notch!
I love your voice & the quality of your microphone. It's one of the reasons I enjoy watching your videos.

Beautiful car!
Which package trim is this car? the 2.0L turbo or 3.6L Premium
Mother of gawd two of the best cars in one vid

UGPC FINALE THIS WEEK!
Amazing review, but the Gran Coupé @ 8:48 melted my heart.
how did you unbox this?
I've never seen a video make me want a car as much as this

ATS= Something we wanted to see from a video game back then in 2003
Depends on who you are. I'm not 50, I just like a comfortable ride over sporty ride.
Hey bro! You explained this car like you created it if that was me I would have skipped over stuff like I think this is how this works I think 🤔 I would have been all over the place 👀🥴🍺🍺🍺🍺
So Cadillac just sent you a car? COOL!
Sooooooo... What happend to the UGPC? Did I miss the chance to win it?

How effective are all this buzzing on the butt and hap tic feedback going to be when driving on a bumpy road?
I just got that same car for my 16 birthday:) I love it!!! Mines black:)
I haven't until now. One quick video and I've subscribed, thanks for that tip!
damn this car looks like a spaceship from inside
most car reviewers dont like this interface cause they find it difficult to use while driving and say it fells cheap , seems really nice to me but have to try it
The world's first unboxing without a box

what happened to the Buick review?
You went from a Nissan GTR to a Cadillac ATS, what a step down
That gauge cluster looks like the 1 from my moms old Buick!
It will only take half of my life to save up for this!
I’m in SE MN I have a 14 ats performance trim rwd and it’s fine in the snow. I don’t drive much in the snow and not when the weathers bad out. I have an 05 STS4 for that.
How much does this car cost. The same model in the video.

That car is actually pretty damn sexy! :D
The HUD is absolutely AMAZING!

Dosent the car have reverse cam??
Dont have to get so PO'ed, but I would like to know the what the size of the engine is or how many cylinders it has not just the lights on the door handles
will this car be given away?
Didn't you get a white caddy like 2 months ago?
how's the CUE working for you ? I'm wondering if I should get it now or wait till the 2014 comes out maybe they have fixed CUE quirks and other bugs of the car?

I really liked this video lew would love to see more of these
Awesome video! Do some more of these!
Feather touch?
Corvette too. But the tech on this one is pretty cool.
Nice you are doing new Videos !!!!!! Would love to see you review a all electric car or SUV
But.. Will it blend ??
Heated steering wheel? My car does that automatically during summer without draining any power.
Audio level auto adjust was in Mazda 6 too, with Bose stereo. It was in my 2007 Mazda 6.
You must have needed a massive unboxing knife!
Watching now 😃 , going to buy one of the Cadillac
I’m thinking Of doing the same found a 2013 ats with 130k miles for 13k$ anyone kno if that a good buy
Do more car reviews please.... This video is really detail! :D
I wanna see the box it came in!
Lue, you live in Mississauga?
and when you turned 15?
wow you are really really good at reviewing , you should review sports car lol
You should've made an unboxing of the car. Literally.
U should see if u can do this to the 1013 Ford focus or 2013 F150
yea and what did you get when you turned 16?
My 2008 Audi A4 has the SVC (Speed Volume Control) and the Auto depending on the noise there is. With the SVC manual you can set how much you want it to go up.
Wow, your lucky. I just turned 16 and I got a 1994 Honda Civic with 350k miles.
Not to be a smart ass or anything, but GM has been doing the auto noise cancelation since at least 1997, give. Given the fact it was much more low tech and changed depending on how fast you were going (based on faster you go=more road noise), instead of how much road noise was actually inside the car. Beautiful, im more of a CTS person but still, stunning.
Did you get it?
Did you buy this?
Do you get to keep the ATS for free?!? Or did they loan it to you for a period of time so you can review it?
How do I get this in South Africa ??
do you by any chance go to westmount
I like this type of videos my favorite is the Nissan gtr video
