Both Saigon and Hanoi are overcrowded and polluted due to high population and inefficient authority. There’re more opportunities and advanced infrastructure in those major cities though

@@cookwithmr_jang2547 Saigon does not exist, it’s Ho Chi Minh. Don’t be ashamed of your own country and educate yourself (heard schools are free in Vietnam but lacks in quality). Yes, I’ve been to North Korea and Vietnam, Vietnam is very behind.
