Nice video Ana as always. Just a tip on using perlite, just pour water in the bag of perlite and it will not create any dust when wetted down, this is the way I'm using it now and prefer it over pumice due to it being lightweight especially for large pots.

Sinningias are a genus of gesneriads including African violets. The best known member of the genus is the florist's gloxinia (Gloxinia was a name first given to the plant, but they found out that it had already been used for another genus, so they changed it to sinningia.) They usually have furry leaves, bright flowers, and form a tuber. In many species, the tuber extends above the ground to form a caudex. After blooming, the stems and leaves die back to the tuber and go dormant. They like a little more water than most succulents and prefer bright shade to sunlight. I find them fairly easy to grow once they grow past the size of a pinhead.
