He actually does some exploring of the consoles and the absolutely wonderful games on them too, and they're still nothing like what's being advertised. So not only are these illegal knockoffs, they're illegal knockoffs that are using false and misleading advertising, which is also highly illegal. It's truly facepalm-worthy.
