Appreciate it DV because u tried hard to get a precise result, but from my perspective the ZX-6R rider was lagging a little behind , he didn’t push hard enough is what I think. You are a great rider man. Daytona anyday just because of the in-line 3❤️
I've seen many other drag between these two and I think with a perfect start for both... The ZX6R would stay ahead....not taking away anything from the Daytona though - it's a Middleweight beast too.
I noticed DV had the disadvantage due to his physical structure . However in the last race ,he stooped down behind the visor to reduce the wind blast which resulted in making him faster.
But I have watched many videos on UA-cam that zx6r has better acceleration than daytona and it's in gear acceleration is also on par with litre class superbikes.. but still Daytona is true demon man all depends on riders..
Zx6r has a better acceleration but in a drag race Daytona has very tall first gear where you call pull up to 130 on the first gear itself post 130 only 6r can come to you by the time if you can manintain a proper pace you win and Daytona has a weight advantage also
Great effort. But the start was not syncing well. 6r was always getting late. Next time instead of horn u can ask a friend to do the flagoff. Again something different and challenging though.Appreciated.

One thing...u must need a other person to start ur drag..then only you will have a fair chance of winning...i say this bcoz...which person gives the horn will have less reaction time than the other one... but anyways...u are faboulous ....love you loads
Dv has the euro spec Daytone still the 6r will always be faster. But in india the Dayton was sold detuned to 110 bhp which would be much slower. Also i dont think he got rid of the 6r's catalytic converter and with a ecu remap its gonna be insane. But the daytone is an awesome bike too and plus it sounds amazing. Overall both bikes are almost same in terms of performance its personal preference but its sad that the daytone is not being produced anymore.
hey..nice video. just wanted to add that zx6r or any inline 4 will have better mid end range and top end. moreover here in this video is u see that the zx6r guy is launching late and not ripping through out entire rev range. zx6r is a new modern technology and i have ridden is many time and daytona too and found that zx6r is more refined and quicker than daytona. Daytona was a king in 600cc supersports category but now any king in the world gets replaced one or other day...how knows someone can bear zx6 r ..lets say the R6..
