People from Punjab are going to Canada, Europe, Australia, USA for many reasons like better financial status, safe environment etc but same time some people are choosing Punjab & majority of them are from Bihar, UP etc

Hi paji i have recently moved to Canada as international student 4 months ago and within this small period of time in new country and away from home have learned a lot of new experiences in life specially how life looks like when you work for your survival in discomfort particularly when you haven’t worked labour job in home country. I have a massive respect now for people who use to work in our land back home .

You’ve shed light on a subject which is rarely talked about. Those of us who have moved to the West are no different from these people who have moved from UP, Bihar, Nepal etc. All of us have moved for greener pastures yet we somehow think of us being superior than them. Many of us do all kinds of odd jobs in Western countries just like these migrants. I hope this interview will educate us to treat them with respect and dignity. They are extremely hard working people who have every right to live a dignified life in Punjab.

Saabhi I support educational as it was a priority in my family but adapting in life is the most important thing adapt to changes. So many educated people change their careers few times in their life journey.
