It’s been on the market for a lot longer then 6 months lol. It sold for under 7mill in 2021 trying to get 23 mill was a joke. Even after the 3mill “price reduction” still won’t sell anywhere close to that. My guess is 15 mill but that’s still to high

Any property on pelican crest, pelican hill or crystal cove is gonna sell. With all the crime in Beverly Hills still to come, homes in Newport will be the safe haven.
