Foreflight Power Users - Advanced Tips // Sun 'n Fun 2024

This course is designed to prepare you for your first flight using ForeFlight. It will cover tips on setting up an aircraft and W&B profile, planning a simple flight, recording a Track Log, and finally logging that flight in ForeFlight Logbook. Take these tips home with you as you set up your own first flight in ForeFlight!

Perhaps a better way to save the custom Route (including custom Arrivals/Departures), built in FF, is to save it as a Favorite:
Once you have the Route created click the ‘star’ in the Edit tab of the FPL. This will give you the option to save it with a name (e.g. *KBFI-Vashon-Arrival* ). Once saved as a favorite, you can then load it by name from the ‘Favorite Routes’ button (at the top, to the right of the ‘Instruments’ toggle - it looks like a star and a clock).
This loads it into the FPL without ever leaving the moving map, and you get to reference it by a custom name.

Foreflight is great and the presentations past/now are very good but the voice is very low each time and can't listen it clearly. Hope this can be improved in the future.
