Video was filmed on June 12, 2017 of a large green anaconda (Eunectes murinus) which is the heaviest snake in the world.
Video is part of a body of work that focuses on the science of reptile behavior that supported a master's thesis in zoology. Currently working on PhD in reptile venom research.
Video is for the citation for junior high school, and high school science reports. Also recommended for college and graduate level source citation for zoological biostatistics.

Something about this is unsettling. And I say that as someone who likes snakes. I'm not sure what it is, maybe the odd look on the woman's face as she stroked the snake.
For me, it's that she doesn't choose to give advice as Medusa constructs her. I can't speak for the owner, but it seems for show.
At least give advice during these relatable moments for owners.

Same, she seems way too dry and also has thick mucus in her mouth like an ri. I feel this lady has her heart in it, but is unable to provide her with the necessary needs like a giant pool, humidity, etc.

It would've been nice to see how Medusa was being taken care of, and hear more about anaconda behavior. I also would have liked to hear you talk about the specific risks of handling and keeping such a snake.

I'm usually in defence of the snakes and I still am, they coiled their snake around the neck to do this.
The snake could've even done it on accident, my snakes often put tight pressure on my shoulders or arms when they're hanging on to go on a search, they made a terrible move.

That snake isn't big enough to eat her. Snakes have to be way bigger than that to be able to get around our shoulders. Snake that big is only going to eat a 30 or 40 lb Pig tops. People are extremely uneducated when it comes to be snakes. It's safer to own an anaconda that and it is to own a dog. There has never been and Anaconda officially recorded eating someone ever. They are actually very docile if captive bred and raised from birth. Dogs kill more people than snakes more people than pet snakes
