I observed here that people in comments are saying that the guest (divorce lawyer) is being biased. He is giving solutions in favor of wives and telling husbands to compromise. I want to tell these people that the lawyer is saying what is written in our constitution. He is just speaking the truth. If you feel that he is being biased then just understand that our constitution doesn't have enough laws to protect the innocent men. Simple!!
So it basically means no matter who is right or wrong always consider yourself as the guilty as the husband even if she has unrealistic standards. Just become a simp or lose your money and shit.
These peoples are studied the one sided women favouring laws and practising the same, all knows there should be gender neutral laws, clauses .. but no lawyers still dared to vehemently protested against the biased laws favouring women.
The time is now to make postmortem of Hindu marriage act.

@Uronto Pakhi and you would always pay money to settle the cases and this is how settlement culture is promoted. If you need justice you need to fight for it. In my case I want my wife back home.. But she is being fuelled by in laws and she has been quite abusive and violent. I am ready to forget what she did to me but how can I trust whether she will really change herself. I hv also daughter also she is only 9 months old.. I m loosing such precious time every second

The irony is that two people who can reach mutual divorce settlement and can still talk to each other cordially after the proceedings are probably right for each other. They have undergone the worst of a stress test like a divorce and have ended up on the other side without getting into legal/ financial troubles.

Laws are biased, but the lawyer shouldn't. He rambled on for 23 minutes and always kept zeroing in for the male's lack of proactiveness. We all believe in owing up mistakes, we got it the first time you mentioned that, no need to sing a litany of it.
If the husband is unable to pay attention to wife do people bother to understand what torture he might be going through at work? What about the people in corporates who drown in work all the time, not chasing any ambitions but simply attempting to earn their bread and butter?

The client blames the opposite lawyer wants to make money that's why he filed wrong cases and he destroyed my house

This video is started with presumption that husband does not ask wife about problem when she come to house. I stopped watching from that point. Clearly Lawyer has no idea as he himself is not married. Every unmarried person think he can make life of wife very good, but later found out it is attitude issue of girl.

When men tell about their problem men want a solution but women do it they're not looking for a solution. They just want an ear and emotional validation, solution nhi chaiye hota hai.
