The program will not work for me. I'm using Windows 7, 32 bit. The first window opens, click on any of the four icons, the window disappears and that's it. Nothing. Turned off virus protection. Still nothing.

I don't think it changes the quality. I no longer have the camera so I can't check, but from memory it came out as it went in.
