When I was going some where past carowinds I saw a truck holding blue rollercoaster pieces and I thought"are they building a new rollercoaster?"And it was the fury
Lucky we all love the gigacoaster of our carowinds :) I would be so glad to witness a part of this in real time
This is my #1 roller coaster out of all of the ones I’ve been on. I keep track
It's awesome seeing how it was built from ground up, makes it even more impressive seeing how each piece is made. Fact: Each piece of track costs approximately $12,000 after welding, assembly, paint, and of course labor.
$12,000 per piece of track? That feels extremely low. Like really low.
@@jonny-b4954 it’s not. That means there was exactly 2,500 track pieces in total if you do the math. (12,000 x 2,500 = $30,000,000 USD) plus with steel inflation, that number per track piece probably costs more now. Orion was built for the same price and is almost the same length as Leviathan which was built for 28M USD.
Dolphinszz i dont think there were 2500 pieces of track, at most 200 pieces if not 100.
@@rokie.226 100 track pieces? Bro that sounds so ridiculous you realize how long the coaster took to built. 100 track pieces wouldn’t even be the full drop or barrel turn. I just said if you do the math $12,000 per piece of track • 2500 equals the total cost it was to build the coaster. Bruh, have some sense there’s no way they built all of Fury 325 with only 100 track pieces 🤣.
@@rokie.226 maybe there wasn’t 2500 track pieces but there definitely wasn’t only 100. 🤣
thanks for the ride it's a famous ride to millions at Carowinds today!! Woo-Hoo
i live in belguim so i have never seen a b&m in person... im amazed at how big the track pieces are... i thought it would be thinner XD
Bro just go on the Baron an efteling, it's a b&m and it's not far from Belgium d'ailleurs pourquoi je parle en anglais si t'es belge
@@kehehe9934 i don’t think it was open when this comment was posted
in videos/ games the track looks so small, but in real life it is huge. From rail to rail, the track is 4 feet (1.2 meters) wide. I noticed especially on a wing coaster, where you are right next to the track. I’m still surprised by how huge they are in this video!

Fury is the best coaster I have ridden
I've ridden Fury twice, and I loved every second of it. I live about 35 minutes from Clermont Steel Fabricators where it was made! I've never actually been by it, but I just think it's really cool that a local Cincinnati business has a B&M contract. Also, with it being only a half hour from Kings Island, I imagine Orion and Diamondback only took a matter of a few days to get all the track delivered. Truckers can drive up to 16 hours a day with a 30 minute break, so that's a lot of trips! Cedar Point and back would probably only be 3 in one day.
so they Were planning it in 2013? Wow AMAZING
Bunnylover Smallworlds they would’ve started planning in about 2009, roller coasters take around 5 years from being first conceived as an idea to being built. The basic layout would’ve been finalized in 2013, after viewing the success of GateKeeper at Cedar Point.
I hope all these people love to ride on their works of art. Works of science and engineering, really.
Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M) is the best manufacturer ever!
B&M and Intamin are equally good. I personally prefer the Intamin layouts though since they're more intense most of the times.
ManyFacedBeast Agreed
1heavymetalboy true, they are the safest company which has 0 deaths or serious injuries on any of their coasters
Agreed
I prefer Intamin
Wish this video was longer honestly
Skoob Oddshots search for “Fury325 Documentary” should be longer than this.
I can't wait for this to open. It's going to be epic.
Wow that was really cool!
Well I didn't get to ride it today but going back in a few weeks and I am going on thanks for the awesome ride
I just realized something... I think Fury was made right next to where i grew up in Ohio. I used to live right next to a place in Batavia Ohio that made coasters but i moved away from there in '03 and it never occurred to me that a lot of the coasters i watch in these vids could have been made there.
When the truck pulls out, you can clearly see the old Ford Transmission plant across the street and if you take a right and drive a couple hundred yards there is a large trailer park where i lived for 15yrs as a kid. Used to be called Southern Ohio Fabricators when i lived there but apparently not long after i moved, it was closed down and then later reopened with the name Clermont Steel Fabricators.
You are correct. B&M uses them as a steel fabricator.
the best ride ever
God bless the men and women who can stand to work at those heights. I can barely stand getting up the climb hill with my eyes open.. let alone stand and dangle and work.. ty for those who can and do!!! 😂
That was a great video
Good work I love yall
this video is so satisfying to me :)
b&m really made a piece of art
"I am Iron.... Coaster"
That is one roller coaster i want to ride before i die. I LOVE the way it goes underneath the entrance walkway, teasing the visitors who will ride it.
I've rode it once before and she is a MONSTER..
who has rode the fury
Luis Murillo riding it tmw
Luis Murillo Me
Luis Murillo me
Luis Murillo UH UH NOT ME
I rode it twice when I lived in NC,, lemme tell you... you get a lot more wind force the closer you sit at the front! I almost lost my glasses haha
Those men are lucky to work for carowinds bro
Wow you've builded fury 325 😊 😃 😀 😄 😁
I saw some video similar to this in Dorney Park last year haha
I just want a b and m track section piece to have as a lawn ornament. or try to weld up a scale size section myself for fun. Could you imagine a wrench that size falling on you from that height. Even a the bolts they use would kill you
In this took way more than a day to build 😳
I can't wait to go thare for my birthday June 2
Who here cause it cracked?
Me

homeboy didn't weld hard enough XD
0:14 my guy is swag
And to think I lived just 5 miles away from this behemoth

@@hope2338 hell yeah i did, first day it was open
@@DiabeticDingus gg. it was my first rollercoaster and they put me in the front row, no regrets either
Carowinds & Dubstep

AdrianRecats TV better than Six flags America 😢
I can’t not believe that those people build this roller coaster thinks to I love the ride to it is my favorite ride in the hole park❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Its the same one which has a crack right?
Yes
interesting
roller coaster builders must get paid a lot 'cause holy shit
Its a world record holder
wow, these guys making it have more gyts than me.
What's this music called. I want it for MP3.
baconchris325 Darude- Sandstorm
I always am confused for what they use for supports
metal
Made in Batavia Ohio.
It’s not intill you see how big the track is next to the people in the video or in person when you realize that the track on roller coasters are huge
Should have gotten a B&M
Coaster studios reference?
@@cathedralsedm probably. TBH i don't remember
Aerospace Gaming it is
@@juliefreeman6851 yes, I know. I don't know why I commented this originally
Hey cedar fair, if you ever demolish gemini or magnum i am going to be very sad. Magnum deserves new trains. It is a icon and some nice trains with better restraints would make the ride far more popular. Maybe some new paint also.n
Wrong channel bruv
Imagine being the guy screwing every piece together
clermont steel fabricators
ah yes , a very B&M coaster
this aged well
That had to of cost over $1500 to make.
try 30,000,000 💀
Need new weilders ..cracks kill
Proof?
@@TheC0asterCraze
What'?? your welding without the sheikd?? Need glasses?? If you don't see the proof of what is... u might wanna get some eye tests done.. RespèK
@@cosmicmirror1320 I meant proof of cracks “killing” in terms of rollercoasters
(Plus, saying that the proof is obvious isn’t proof)
All because of an nba teams return
Looks like iron man
Would that suck if they got to the very end and someone did their calculations wrong and the ends don't meet up
Cameron Meetze I’m sure the pieces could flex enough for a little room for screwup
Name a bad Giga or Hyper B&M made. I’ll wait.
Giant
Hey I saw you on another video
Edit : just saw which one, glad you watch him as well!
Leviathan need I say more
@@littlejayone290 so if ur home park got Leviathan, you’d be unhappy?
Its a B$M
Wish B&M would build a giga or hyper in the UK and not america cause i think america needs to chill with the coasters and let England have some awesome coasters.
Damo Coaster You guys got a couple of great coasters
no thanks
b&m's swiss
B&m only make coasters when the park calls them up and asks for one. Cedar fair has a thing for gigas. 😉
Anyone here after it broke
yep
my friend got screwed over here she had 200 dollars on her card bought a 4 dollar smoothe all gone no money
DO NOT RIDE THIS RIDE 10 TIMES FULL WARNING
It’s not bad but overrated for sure
