Ok "Buff Dudes" listen up cuz I'm only gonna say this once. Good job on all that you do. Experts in your field with out being too boring or cocky. Also production of material seems well above all the other UA-cam fitness out there. BUT a specific thank you to this videos. You both are a true inspiration and I can't aspire to be like you without knowing how you are the other 23 hours in the day. I am glad you are including all day nutrition and what a normal day looks like for us normal people.

I love that these guys get swept up in life and get out of peak shape every now and then. And the fact that they stay natural and put in hard work to get it back. I've been using this channel for motivation going on 6-8 years now as I constantly bust my ass to remain fit and find new healthy recipes. Best fitness channel out there

Alright, here we go: DAY 1. The last couple months have been pretty busy and it's easy to begin forgetting things like calories, consistent workouts and more. It's never fun when you feel like you're starting over and you take a look in the mirror and go "ugh, what happened?" but there's only one way to fix that. To get motivated, get back in the gym and start kicking ass all over again. Hope you enjoy this first episode and leave suggestions for the next ones! This one is really setting up the series and they will take on a vlog feel for future episodes. See you again soon.

Just got a quick question. so I had been using the myfitnesspal app and with all my measurements put in it was giving me a 2300 calorie goal daily. And after watching this I went and did the TDEE and it said I was burning about 3800 and should aim for 3000. im 6'5, 255 lbs so 2100 feels like starving! just curious which one I should trust more or just aim for some kind of middle ground? Thanks in advanced! Really appreciate everything yall do!

Good motivation, very human. Sometimes it's hard to listen to a person asking you to push your limits and go from being in bad shape to a better spot when the guy/gal is already in the end zone, it feels like they don't understand the struggle to get out of a comfort zone and do something so difficult and different as working out or dieting, but this series plus the good humor of the buff dudes makes it seem, well, real.

Hey Hudson, when I was working a desk job from home, no doubt where you do most of your editing, I picked up myself a hydraulic sitting/standing desk for ~$500 USD (with some extra $$ help from the lady), one of the best purchases of my life. I've had it for three years and still occasionally stand up when I game even (I stand at work now so sit more often at home). It's a great way to stay alert later at night, and if you get tired you can just put them back into sitting mode as if a normal desk.

Surprisingly reverse grip involves the upper chest a lot more, I was thinking y'all could do a comparison video on it. I felt a huge difference in the reverse grip than incline bench press. hey I like to share my last cutting experience i decided to experiment because I'm a geek lol I started at 183 my lean mass was 147.0 in 6 weeks I went down to 170 I decided to go to a hydrostatic body composition very affordable only 50 bucks I was 172.8 lbs at 148.0 lean mass and 15.0 body fat I went 2 more weeks but my fat loss stalled so I learned about diet breaks I took one for 15 days when I raised my calories I dropped another 5 pounds to 165 over the next 5 weeks I dropped my calories again and I was at 160 I decided to go back to hydrostatic and check my results well my lean mass was 148.2 at 162.0 and 9.5 body fat never lost muscle but I took my time cardio was mainly just walking and staying active also I never do or did anything fasted I actually like to eat alot before my workout and a descent post workout so for me it's backwards lol so fasted cardio or whatever it's not that great right now that I'm bulking I'm actually doing more cardio have lot of energy and yes my gains are slow but I'm enjoying the process and helps me to stay fit.so sort like training like an athlete lol
