Apparently this was something that was typically served at a house party, but I didn't know what it was - being American is my excuse. Anyway, I Googled kedgeree and ended up here. I look forward to making your recipe soon.
Has anybody actually cooked this ? The comment section of these recipe videos are full of people who don’t report having COOKED IT, just talking about it. I suspect the only person to cook this is the lady in the video 😂 It’s not just her, UA-cam is full of people cooking food that never gets cooked by anyone.
The only question I have aside from cardamom and lemon zest. What dry spices was use? Thanks
