Auchmithie flyover

Auchmithie is a village on the coast of Angus just north east of Arbroath. It sits atop cliffs 35m above the shoreline.
The cliffs are from the Devonian period - between 420 and 360 million years ago. The cliffs are sandstone & pebble deposited by a huge ancient river delta.
There's a broken-down harbor from 1889, a stunning selection of pebbles, and amazing sea views.
