    Hi Team, Thanks for the video, can you explain one of the benefit of Safegaurd+ feature namely Sum Insured increases with Inflation(5 or 6%) For eg if 10 Lakh Sum Insured(SI) , Titanium plus Reassure 2.0 plan, will the Sum Insured compound year on year with Inflation, i.e 10lakh's 6% on 2nd year, which is Rs1,060,000 /- and 3rd uska 6% and so on? Also Booster+ laga ke, this number can grow big! Is that the case?

    My question is, as per the policy feature even if I'm enjoying lock the clock benefit at the age of 32 and haven't claimed for next 4 years. Now if the company itself has changed the premium for age slab 31-35 then will I pay the original premium I paid or as per the revised age slab of 31-35?

    Hi ma'am,
    I wanted to inquire about my friend's Niva Bupa 2.0 policy, which he purchased in 2023 and recently renewed on 29th June 2024 for its second term. During the first term, he filed a claim for 2 lakhs as his youngest son was hospitalized for typhoid treatment and relapse. The claim was honoured by Niva Bupa without issues. His 2.0 policy provides 25 lakh coverage as a family floater. Since February 2024, his wife has been experiencing stomach pain, and it was only then that her condition was discovered. She was on medication, but since the pain persists, the doctor has now recommended an ovary removal procedure. This condition was discovered before the policy renewal and is not a pre-existing disease.
    Given that the policy was renewed on 29th June for its second term, will this procedure be covered under the renewed Niva Bupa 2.0 policy? He pays a premium of around 40,000 rupees for this coverage, which includes his wife, himself, and their two young children. If the procedure is not covered, what is the typical cost for ovary removal? We need to confirm if Niva Bupa 2.0 will cover this surgery, considering it was discovered after the policy's initial term but before the renewal.
    Additionally, I would like to know if Niva Bupa stops renewing policies if the insured family members make multiple claims over time. As people age, they start having health issues and might need to use the policy more frequently. My friend bought this policy with the intention of covering his health, his wife's health, and his children's health for a long time. Can the insurance company stop renewing the policy if there are consistent claims, even though the policy is intended to provide long-term coverage for the family? Please advise.

    Don't buy Niva Bhupa Health insurance, they reject my cashless claim, 7 yrs old policy. I am thinking of port to other Health insurance company.

    What if I need "Nurse to take care at home will the expenses cover on Domiciliary Treatment" On daily bases I need to take care by putting some IV and injection on time, before and after food for this I need Nurse to take care. Will the hospital provide support on sending the person to our home on daily bases, or will I need to spend from my pocket for that expense to get hired by a third party service and get the claim refunded . Pls describe in more detail on this part.

      Don't go behind reviews choose as per your requirement. If company dosent provide your claim you can approach insurance ombudsman and consumer court. So go with out fear. Every issues can be solved now adays

    I Purchased Reassure policy in Month of Jul 22 at the age of 57 Yrs and my spouse 52 Yrs for two years. Now it's due for renewal in Jul this year.
    In this case is it better to switch to Reassure 2.0 or to continue with Reassure plan. In case of switch/upgrade from reassure to Reassure 2.0. What would be status of waiting period of PEDs. Previous time period would be taken into account or treated as a new. Regards

    In my proposal form they input wrong pan no.i call him to rectify my pan no. They said it rectified. Bt when I said them to send me rectified policy copy. They send me the wrong previous copy... I asked them about it They said it was changed not to worry..... is it right???

    I am having a health companion plan and renewal is due so should I migrate to re assure 2.0 or continue with same policy and if I migrate will I get the benefit of pre existing coverage as my policy is 6 yrs old,the base cover amount is for 5 lacs and bonus last year was 10 lacs including the refill amount and also I made a claim of around 60 k last year and my existing policy also has a cover of daily hospital cash benefit of 2000.
    Please advice should I continue with same policy or migrate to Re Assure 2.0 platinum.

    In this plan, an annual health checkup is included.
    On their app under comprehensive health checkup (just cost 1500), whereas as per policy I can have max 5000/-. So can we additionally do health checkup of.remaining 3500/-.from other lab

    They may apply loading anytime between the policy if they find any critical illnesses and the premium bump up.. be careful

    How does the booster+ works if a 5L claim is paid in the first year it self for a 10L base sum ?

      If your claim is 5 lac in 10 lac Sum insured,then remaining 5 lac + 10 lac booster will be applicaple. That is 5+10 = 15 lac , upto 15 lac.you can claim in nxt year.

    Nice sales pitch but you have not covered the most important issue of Hospital Room rent. It is interesting to find out how all insurance companies have small print clauses that try to cheat the consumers. In Reassure 2.0 the agents sell the policy with assurance that there is no cap on Room rent or type of room. The policy wording also mentions the same. BUT as soon as you opt for a TOP UP of 1 Cr the wording limits the room to a "Single private room; up to Sum Insured". On enquiry, I found that the cap on room rent is 1% of the original cover. That is if you have taken a cover of 10L, this cap will be only 10,000 per night. In Zone 1 cities all good hospital rooms are at least 30% higher and the patient won't be able to afford all these hospitals. As soon as you finish the 10L cover, and even though the patient has a Topup of 1CR, he will have to downgrade the room to a single room in an affordable hospital, which may be a normal non-AC single room. depending on the type of hospital etc. So the whole purpose of having a health policy is defeated. All policy holders should be aware of the fine print.

      So, if you are buying base + super top up , then both will come with different features, different cappings and sub limits.
      There is no capping in your base policy which is Reassure 2.0 here and if you are claiming from a different super top up policy which is Health recharge - it has single private AC room.

    I spend 36 k to get a reassure titanium plan. They take the money first and once they have it before they issue policy they start adding extra premium after medical examiner calls you . The call center team is pathetic . This is a big scam , I have still not got the policy and running behind to cancel it . Take care and please don't fall for these videos, it is better to get a policy from a different insurance company with less features than get duped .

    Very slow claim reimbursement process 2 -3 months
