Alex did amazing, all things considered. Crazy how he was able to do that after all the driving leading up to it. Can’t be easy going from driving a big red truck for 40+ hours into “a certain red car” as Alex would say lol that’s much faster. Also goes to show how well you guys built up the Supra to be fast AND reliable. Alex and Jackie make a great team, that’s probably why!

I love how the platform has stood the test of track days. Motor and drivetrain still look solid
But Alex actually tanked it tho, he was testing on a daily basis too. But yes, the car is very strong and so far proving to be bulletproof.
@@JackieDing86 my wife, son and i caught covid recently too. We are really careful about where we go and carry sanitizer every where.
That B58 and ZF8 are pretty amazing. Toyota made the right choice to source that combo.

Alex is smooth! Here's what I see though. Due to his smooth turn-in, he's inducing under-steer. Essentially he's "style" let's call it... isn't using the rear aero on turn in. He's seems to be exiting pretty strong though. So he just might not trust the rear down-force enough to throttle-lift heavier, and/or turn in quicker to share the lateral load more with the rear tires. I wonder if a temperature reading would show fronts being a lot warmer than rear with his driving 🤔. JD you have the perfect substitute driver though. Smooth style and a student of the game.
Is there rules that says you can't have full cage in street mod? Since it is already not being driven on street, why no full cage for safety
