Always great to watch your Video's look forward to them, As you say some times in the best conditions we don't get the Wild Life around. Sunday had the opposite lot's of Wild Life but the worst lighting you can imagine. Look up this place it is the best reserve l have been to so far in the UK. FINGRINGHOE WICK RESERVE Essex. Look forward to your next Video.

Lovely video Keith. I must admit I am not too bothered by the cold ! Photographed one of the rarest birds in the country working from the car last week ! Now dull wet weather that is a different beast 👍
Hi Keith, Loved the photo's of the Thrush at the beginning of the video. I really cannot remember the last time that I saw one? That's how scarce they are where I live. At least you managed to get a few shots. There's nothing more soul destroying than not getting any at all. Still, that's nature for you...🙂👍🏻
Nice one Keith, I'd tell you to come to Nottinghamshire but its been the same here On a good note it's started to pick up for me this week, Pine Martin in Aberdeen, buzzards and foxes behind the house although to be fair the foxes are stealing my road kill (even when its wired to a log🤣🤣) And I just hooked up with a pair of Little Owls so spring must be on the way! Just getting out there brings its rewards mate.👍👍

It’s been a strange winter. That dreadful elongated cold snap before Christmas and then mild. We’re going to get another Arctic blast next week apparently too. There is less wildlife around definitely- let’s hope it’s not all to do with Avian Flu. But in more mild times there is a bit about. We have Goldeneye still on the lakes here and the males are displaying which seems really weird as I would expect them to be going further North now. But still Keith this vid has inspired me to get a winter film out - so much footage I haven’t used Despite the weather you had that day, you still managed some great captures. Loved those Blue Tit shots and the Buzzard and Fieldfare were beautiful too. And it’s just great to be out anyway isn’t it. Have a great weekend Keith.

Winter Wonderland! Wonder where the wildlife went? I could picture a male great spot against that stunning setting. There does seem to be a lack of much around lately. Quite often nowadays it is a case of being in the right place at the right time rather than encountering expected species. Hopefully the spring migration will bring a few surprises.
Yes Tony spring is around the corner and things already starting to liven up since I recorded this video. Great Spotted would have looked good I agree. Even better a fox.
@@KGsPhotography Spring certainly is...springing, snowdrops and daffodils are doing well and birds are singing. You mentioned in your video about a fox. They are one of my favourite mammals to encounter when out and about. Saw one very close, hunting a couple of months ago, took no notice of my car and guess who hadn't taken a camera! I rarely do when it is a birding outing.
Hey KG all my respect for going out in this conditions. Most animals are very inactiv when it is that cold. But I think you made the best of it. You saw a song thrush, a field flare and some other birds. I like to watch the winterlandscape you shown us. Well done. Greets Stefan
