Wireless ergonomic keyboards have been around for a while thanks to ZMK, but that's only BT. The first commercial ergo keeb to have RF, BT and Wired was the Dygma Defy 😊
Actually, for a keyboard product, typing is its primary function, and these seemingly over-engineered features don't get in the way of everyday use. The ability to type comfortably on a split wireless keyboard is the main user experience. Daily users are not in-depth reviewers who think a lot about how this keyboard could be even better.

That's true. The function row is definitely annoying. It does have arrow keys though. You have to press Fn to use them.
