Highlights of the Year 10 Geography Field Trip to Iceland

In 2023, Year 10 Geography students went on an expedition to Iceland, exploring many of the geographical highlights the country has to offer.
These included trekking up a glacier (Solheimajokul) going deep into a glacier, visiting Geysir (Hot Water Springs) Gullfoss (and many other waterfalls) climbing up the Eldfell volcano on the island of Heimaey, visiting Kerid (Volcanic Crater Lake) and Thingvellir (the Mid-Atlantic ridge).
