Yeah glue is no longer part of the process. Especially with slime brand. They actually even say it’s useless on their website so no longer include it. Can’t hurt if u want to tho
Grease first to team it. Then glue/rubber cement that you smear on plug when inserting. Right? My kit didn’t come with rubber cement. Just grease. It was high end kit. Metal everything
They can last many years also. Even Skotty Kilmer said he has been doing them for years and they seem to last forever. Have one in my tire and it’s been just over a year now.

the puncture technically is in the sidewall and should not be repaired. so it doesn't matter that he put the plug in incorrectly, and everybody in the comments are stupid too

I dont think it really matters. I've bypassed the glue completely before and the plug held for life.

Wrong. You put the glue on the tool not on the tire. Because the tire has air coming out, the glue cannot get in. Common Sense is not common anymore

They last around 25k miles
That area in the video is what they call the sidewall. It's not recommended to repair it all but if you are then asap.

It’s close to the sidewalk. Insurance companies won’t let official tire dealers fix holes in this area anymore. But the patch could work.
