Nice vid my man... suspension is probably my number 1 mod, outside of exhaust and cams etc. Don't forget about your front suspension with decent drop in springs, emulators etc etc, proper motor mounts (big bear is my go to) are a must as well. I run alloy art engine stabilizers on my dyna also. And make that rear fender stand up with some 14 inch shocks.... that's a good start if you can't afford an inverted front end
Agree 200% these to me are priority, I too have the SDC pro seat, I have about 12,000 miles on mine and it just seems to get better, best seat ive owned and it looks great
Geeze I cant wait until it warms up to 31 degrees again! I'm currently running the MoonsMC footpegs which allowed me to adjust them all the way forward, imitating forward mids. I've become the Princess and the pea when it comes to ergonomics and the collection of bars, risers and footpegs I have is criminal. I was eyeballing Brad's boosted floorboards before I sold out...
Thanks bro! Excellent video and breakdown of some of the most crucial factors of owning a bike. Definitely got me thinking on that subject and looking at my bike and asking that question…is it dialed in?
LaPera Daytona Regal Plush is mine mile crusher, similar properties but slightly different style. In case someone is not into that Saddleman one. Awesome Flames man, just discovered your channel.
Nice video! The number one question I always get asked about bikes is how do you ride with ape hangers? I have the from 16”-18”. I always answer that they are very comfortable with my arms straight out. I also prefer full floorboards and highway pegs. Btw, I set a new riding temperature record yesterday, 13°!
@@FXDLSBrooklyn yes! We all have different preferences to crush miles. I’ve crossed the country three times. I’ve done it with my ‘99 Springer twice leaving it with 137kmiles. It is now retired to local daily rider duty. Highway pegs removed…
oh ye watching now haha love when u put actual ppl from the comments in vids like that XD 3:40 i'm 6'2 would i need forwards, probably 189 CM but i know for y'all over there that would be 6'2 5:38 oh man if that was only in Celsius haha 31°C is VERY HOT but for you i think that's like 0°C so ye,cold 🥶 Here right now 2°C,should start to warm up a bit
Hey Brooklyn was wonding do you run the dyna after market stabilizer? Does it make a big difference in performance? I'm working on a super glide to bagger build and your videos been helpful just wish I wasn't back in Texas because of work no good places to ride here wish I was back in Daytona
Nah I've had friends that ran them over the years, but I've just never really felt the need - The only one of my bikes that truly could use it is the 2001 FXDX, but everything else is just fine. Really! I've done some excellent riding out in Texas
Hey beo..you rode 218 in cornwall ny..my neck of tje woods..I grew up her in newburgh ny..my dad is from bensonhurst Brooklyn..come back for a visit..we can meet up

Too hot for some, but the only realest recognize the true fire - Appreciate you!
Your videos really help while I can't ride due to all the snow we've been getting. Ride safe brother.

100% - That Big Beat front mount was a true game changer on this build
You dripped out that bike with the matching gear clean
A true performance motorcycle starts with matching sweatpants
Man your bikes rock love the look of all of them
Me too - Appreciate you checking it out!

Glad I could be of some help man! What bike do you currently have?
@ I’m currently riding a 2016 Dyna Low Rider S (FXDLS)!

Oh, I also get asked, ‘how do you ride without a windshield?’
Yeah 13 degrees is no joke especially without factoring windchill!
I agree - For long miles, I do prefer mini-floorboards

Great video as always. You're still gonna get those same questions over and over. haha
All part of the game man! How's the Glide this winter?
@@FXDLSBrooklyn I wish I was riding more. So much snow and salt up by me. I need a good rain to clean it all up, then I'm back.
Hahahaha is that thumbnail a real picture ? Hahahaha I picture some shiny gold teeth under that helmet! Hahahaha

First to comment wooooo, love the content. Have a great day brother.
Much appreciated man you too 🙌🏼
@ excited to see what you do with that new bike!
Any thoughts on the Indian Chief or chieftains?
My thoughts these days are generally on how to build out this new Road Glide 🦈

With money! Thats how.. throw enough money at it and you can fix just about anything.
Nah - If you don’t have the vision and the will to lay down the miles, you truly have nothing regardless of how much cash you have
@FXDLSBrooklyn I have my house.. cause I went to work and payed the mortgage instead
