At 9.25 mins. the fissure through which Chorda Tympani nerve exits is, PETROTYMPANIC FISSURE. This fissure is present in the anterior wall of tympanic cavity. The Chorda Tympani nerve exits the tympanic cavity by passing through anterior canaliculus present in the medial part of PetroTympanic Fissure.

If there were a left tympanic facial nerve dehiscence, could this cause the left stapes to react to noise presented to the right ear, along with left facial twitching?
