@@thatman8636 it literally saved his first SD. And if light delayed his up-B with a wall jump or shine Tweek was dead and light wasn't.

@@nextos Delaying his up b probably wouldn't have worked cause it would have hit Tweek anyway. Even if it would have worked you gotta understand this was game 5 of a very intense set, it's a lot easier for a spectator to watch a vod and point out a mistake compared to a player who's in a high pressure situation trying their best to not lose their stock.

think it was a mix of everything there, Light getting momentum & being in advantage, not killing the momentum with waft, decisionmaking being a lil off under edge pressure giving a sort of sd, & Light calling out everything he needed to on the last stock following the prior stuff & the momentum/pressure being on his side there, Light really managed to turn that last game around too though, coming back from 2 lost games & a stock down is big

That "SD" that was a solid edge guard. The result was what looked like an SD. I say that because the difference is an SD in uninfluenced. Light took away one of his jumps. When it's against Spar, Leo, Tweek, even Marss sometimes, it's always they messed up instead of their opponent won an interaction/match/entire set over them. Give credit please.

This is why I actually hate it sometimes when I SD and my opponent gives me a homie stock. Sometimes when I SD it's definitely due to the good pressure of the opponent and they were able to take my jump or just gimp me. So when they homie stock I feel guilty and it just ruins the match for me

Winning is a winning inch or a mile he fed up on a cheese character.
I began cheering for light when Tweek switched just because I want Tweek to just stick to a damn character even when he loses at first. It feels like I've seen him switch and it not working out way too many times
Tweek switching to wario was defo the right decision here. Tweek has been saying for a while the player he wants to fight the least is Light, due to the nature of fox's playstyle. Notice how Tweek couldn't really use banana nearly as effectively as usual. recently Tweek has been pretty good at staying Diddy with the exception of a few sets. In this scenario switching to Wario was the best option.

Earlier in the tourney he even switched to sephiroth too, I'm just wanting him to stick to a character because he's amazing with Diddy and really all the characters he's played in the past, he just needs to keep pushing them. Diddy and Wario as his main and secondary seem good, so I hope he finally sticks with them.
Tweek said he wanted to win a major with Sephiroth. I’m waiting to see that happen

yes it totally is but wario has alot of hitstun so you can combo into waft getting easy kills.
I think Light mae adjustments knew tweek had a wario. Stay more centered whenever waft is in the situation

Fast, strong, and hard to punish. Can’t do much in the corner other than hold shield but even then, itll poke shield eventually
Just like the Light-Leo set, Tweek was angling his shield up. The last one still poked with an angled up shield.
Cause there's not really shit you can do about it in most cases.
because the moment you start to do something new, they also do something else. and cloud and fox are fast enough to punish any panic option in the corner when they expect it
they're not just back airing your shield, they're also threatening to back air your jump and they're facing your roll position, ready to pounce
Fox bair is 9f and -4f on shield and cloud is 11f and -3f on shield. Goodluck punishing it
