Working on my first feature film and just trying to export stuff for notes. Doesn't need to be super high quality but sadly every time I do export no matter how I do it, it says it will take almost 8 days to finish haha! Any tips on making it go faster? I have a 3090 in my PC so I thought it would be a least a few days.
Congrats on the gig my man! My best guess as to why it's having trouble exporting faster is because exporting, even though you can enable it to use the insanely fast GPU, is still heavily CPU reliant. Also, depending on the number of layers and number of effects going on at one time, that can dramatically cause issues, especially if an effect is from a plug-in that could potentially be installed on the wrong version of Premiere Pro. Let me ask, what processor do you have in your rig? I hope this helps!
@@WattyMcfly Okay cool, your computer should handle videos and rendering perfectly fine, and with quick render times. If you'd like we can both look into it together over a Zoom call and dive deeper into this issue, how does that sound?
this really helped thanks
Of course! I'm happy to help
Great info! Thanks

@@ParEdits First, thanks for responding! That's something I need to keep in mind for sure. I only have a i7 so it's not the best of the best.
@@WattyMcfly Of course, man! Which generation i7 is it?
@@ParEdits 10th Gen

Have you worked on a feature-length film before?
