  • You gotta make this!! This turkey came out fantastic! Tender, juicy, and full of flavor! The mayo rub was the way to go too!
    For the best cook I used a 14lb turkey which is ideal for smoking, so if you're used to cooking a large turkey, I recommend cooking two smaller ones for an even and short cooking time. This turkey only took 3.5 hours to cook to 165 degrees internal at 275 degrees.
