That red 1800 looks great. Am wanting to add hard bags to my VTX 1300 I recently purchased the Harley-Davidson softtail conversion brackets for the hardbags, did you need to weld the front lower bracket to frame near passenger floorboard?
@@CLDcycleservices I have a 2005 1300 R and the odometer has that cloudy look from sun exposure. I can only read it at night and looking for a replacement. So looking for the speedometer/gauge replacement.
Honda needs to bring the vtx back, they already have the 1300 fouel injected motor in the Fury, but that bike is a joke. I want a simple traditional cruiser with a decent power plant, disc breaks, and fuel injection without having to pay Harley and Indian prices

When you change your bars, cable lengths change. That's it. And those are easy to find
With those straight jacket bars on your bike how did you get them to fit on stock risers?
My buddy got them from another company. they look like straight jacket but there some other company
